Our family had a luncheon at Snipes Mountain Restaurant after my Aunt's funeral. The restaurant had arranged a nice U-shaped series of tables so that we could all visit easily amongst ourselves in a room separate from most of the other patrons. The building is beautifully laid out and the staff were very attentive to our needs without being in our way. Experience here wasn’t the greatest as expected. Hamburgers on the menu sounded delicious but were lacking the flavor once on the plate. Fry serving was small with order. Service was okay, not the greatest experience getting charged for 5 extra plates we didn’t order, thankfully it was taken care of and refunded .
We had an amazing experience! Our server Abel M. handled a party of 15 all by himself, and I was truly impressed. Not only did he take great care of our large group, but he also managed other tables without missing a single detail.Let me add that it was a full house.
