Varietal has been on my list for some time. They have made some of my favorite beer recently. I have tried many of their dark BA offerings and a ton of their ipas. Everything they are doing is fire. This is my first trip here and its been a bucket list brewery for a while. I am super excited to have finally made it. Fantastic little spot, great beer, cool outside location, and a decent little food truck. I would highly recommend it for sure.
Go there about every 4 - 6 weeks, always a bunch of new offerings. Food trucks are always first rate. Game nights, kids having a ball, outdoor seating, and grassy area for play. And good tru pours, too!

First off, the beers are fantastic. Always something new and 9 out of 10 are above average. I've stopped in 3-4 times, while traveling, to buy beer from the to-go cooler. Prices are creeping up there, but again the beers have been solid. One of these days I'll get to have a beer in the taproom.
