First, I want to clear something up. This is NOT the 3uilt sandwich shop that was at 7 Seas Brewery. This is a stand alone restaurant near the downtown library. Many of the photos here are from the old location and I’ve heard from people who ended up at the old place and were very confused.
This 3uilt has Tacoma’s best breakfast. It’s a super solid menu with classics (B&G, hash) and some chef-y touches like breakfast fried rice. It’s all really solid and insanely vegetarian friendly—there’s even a dedicated vegan menu.
Staff are super friendly, there’s a full bar and the space is airy and beautiful. Please give this place some love!

Came for lunch, I had the vegetarian holy pearl. It was delicious. My beer was actually cold and good. The service was friendly and knowledgeable. Def, will be back.
Hot tamale! The 3uilt is a proper eatery and bar. Not stuck up but down to earth and a great local spot. Love the people that work here as they are focused on customer service and on point. Food is good though we did get semi cold vegan drummies the sauce was so good. Love it. Come down and support 3uilt!
