Their website is very easy to use to order flowers. I received multiple communications that they had delivered the flowers and where they left them.

After ordering flowers from terrible online florists who deliver old, expensive, and underwhelming bouquets, we decided to support a small business instead. So happy we did because our loved ones were stunned by the bouquet that A Rhapsody in Bloom put together. The website was easy to navigate and delivery was available starting the following day, which was amazing. The bouquet that was delivered was even better than the sample image online.Definitely felt the love that was put into the bouquet. Will definitely be ordering from here again!!

I ordered a patriotic standing spray for the funeral of a dear friend's father, over the telephone, from out of state. I was very nervous about sending flowers through a company that I did not know.

Delightful experience and fantastic, personalized customer service. I ordered flowers for my mom’s 60th birthday and she couldn’t have been more thrilled with what she got. I asked to be surprised with the assortment and the flowers Denise put together were fresh, with an original, memorable, mom-appropriate design. Their rates are also incredibly reasonable given the quality and delivery service. Highly recommend this small business!

This is just the second time I’ve had an arrangement made for an important event and I can’t wait for the next. I purchased Pure Pleasures for an anniversary and the arrangement became more beautiful by the day. For my daughters birthday we had a custom arrangement as pictured and we loved them. I highly recommend Rhapsody in Bloom and will get flowers again soon.

Absolutely fantastic experience! When I needed to send condolence flowers quickly, I wanted to use somewhere local and did a quick search of the Tacoma area. The website is uncomplicated, has a small but good selection of options in various price ranges (all surprisingly reasonable), and when I called to ask a few questions before submitting the order, the owner was delightful! The bouquets are very reminiscent of the PNW style and ours turned out even better than I expected! Plus, it was delivered next day (I ordered at 5pm). I could not be happier and will absolutely order from here again!

I was so pleased with the "Designer's Choice" arrangement I had delivered to my Mom on her Birthday. And unexpectedly I received a personalized Thank You card in the mail- so thoughtful!

Called on Thursday to order flowers to be delivered Friday. Owner let me know truthfully that her stock was low and would be going to Seattle market Sunday to pick up new, fresher flowers. Bouquet was delivered Monday as I really appreciated the honesty. Needless to say they were well received and picture I received from my co worker loved them.

Called my mother a G*! D**! B***! on her voicemail on Mother's Day because she was unavailable to answer her phone !!! If I could give this florist negative reviews, I would. I ordered over $100 worth of flowers for my mom on Mother's Day. I live in Alaska and wanted her to have something special on Mother's Day, as she lost her own mother several years ago and only has my dad to celebrate with. I ordered the flowers about a week in advance and was told they would be delivered on Saturday or Sunday. I specifically stated on the directions to leave them at the front desk of the RV Park in which my parents are staying in the case that my parents were not home when they were delivered. On Mother's Day, my parents were on their way back from celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary and were not at the RV space when the owner, Denise Smith attempted to deliver the flowers. Instead of dropping the flowers off at the office as indicated, the owner called my mom to let her know that she was trying to deliver the flowers. At that time, my parents were driving through the mountains and my mom's cell phone was out of service. The owner did not leave a voicemail for my mother directly, but did not realize she had not hung up her phone. It was then heard over my mother's voicemail on Mother's Day, Denise Smith, owner of A Rhapsody in Bloom stating that there was no one in the space provided in the directions and how she was going to charge us more for her inconvenience. Furthermore she stated, "... and this G** D*** B**** won't answer her phone!" The owner never called me to say she was having an issue with the delivery and left them at the front desk. I was so upset and so angry when my mom played this voicemail for me. I called and left a message on the business phone, as well as an email, telling the owner to contact me directly ASAP. Instead, she called my mother's phone and left a very nasty and unapologetic voicemail stating that " we have some things that need to get straightened out...". I called Denise and was furious. She lied time and time again stating that she " doesn't use that word", " " never said those things", " doesn't have a cell phone" and "doesn't leave flowers on front desks or doorsteps". I then played the voicemail back to her. Then she justified herself saying that she "delivered the flowers... Mother's Day is busy... and the girl at the front desk harassed her." ( The young girl at the front desk does not have a harassing personality and is very meek. I cannot see this happening.). I called her out on each lie, told her to take responsibility for her actions, called her a few select names, and told her she should sell her flower business if delivering flowers makes her that mad. The flowers were delivered and were beautiful but this experience ruined it all. I am receiving a refund but never received a sincere apology- just a half a**ed " "sorry" with a mountain of excuses and justifications for her behavior. The owner is a very nasty person and this is by far the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered. You would think that a person in the flower business would enjoy making people's day with beautiful flowers- not the case with Denise. I highly suggest using Williams Flowers and Gifts instead, I've had much kinder and better service from them. I wish Yelp! allowed voicemails to be uploaded so you could hear it for yourself, but it doesn't. Don't use this business- the flowers are nice but this is truly the nastiest person I've ever encountered. I hope she sells her business to someone who loves what they do and appreciates their customers.
