The owner is a person who makes an effort to provide good service, but she fails... in my experience there were three of us, the restaurant was practically alone and we chose to sit at a large table that we didn't know they had reserved for the moment we were there. Occasionally 6 to 8 people will arrive, so we sat at that table, I repeat there were only 3 of us. It was a table that visibly looked more comfortable and that is why we chose it. The waitress (the owner) arrived and told us that we couldn't be there, that table was for more people and that there were only 3 of us, it seemed rude to me because I mentioned that I was more comfortable and that I had a pain in my back that's why I wanted that place. She didn't even see it as an option and she took us away from there... her attitude towards my family really made me more ashamed and I didn't say anything. But the owner is very rude.
In the end we finished eating and the initial table was never used by anyone.
The food is very delicious, I congratulate the cook. But the attention from the owner is horrible.

Got the wet burrito with taco Tuesday deal (5 for 12!). They offer a selection of salsa/sauce to go with complementary chips. I want to go back for some of the unique items on the menu.

Great food, very fresh and well presented. I think the jalapenos could have been a little bit more tender. They were chard, and really tasty, but cooking them a bit more would have been great. Definitely recommend. We will be back.

I’ve been to two other restaurants in this parking lot which brought me low expectations coming here but was blown away by how good everything was. They give you a chart to choose different salsa combinations for your chips which I have never seen before. The authenticity here is unmatched when it comes to Tacoma area mexican food and this place has moved into my top local mexican spot

I have come here now a few times and have brought a group of different friends, since I like the food. Each and every time we have gotten the same waitress, and each group is shocked by the type of service she provides. This last time unfortunately will probably be the last time I will bring any more friends with me due to the service. I see that 4 months ago there are already negative reviews about the service so it seems nothing has changed. The interactions each time with the waitress rude, abrasive, and condescending. She at times would make us feel that we were inconveniencing her. Each visit was the same where if there is no room on the table for items ordered due to dish needed to be picked up, or still eating, she will shove plates on table. Previous interactions as well annoyed if asked for utensils or extra plates since we ordered multiple appetizers to share etc etc. I have a feeling I am wasting my time writing this review because probably she won’t change or be talked to. Oh well, I had to say something.
