Amazing evening! We had a large group and the staff were incredibly accommodating. The food, drinks and entertainment were awesome. Try all the tapas. The belly dancing was incredible! We will definitely be back.
Good food, good wine, good service. Our waitress was busy but made sure to check back in and kept us taken care of. We tried a couple different wine flights. We shared the paella and adjusted for dietary restrictions. Food was well done. Lots of seating inside and options for outdoor dining as well- we'll likely be back!
We showed up about 5:40, stood around for a while as we could not find anyone to seat us, then were at our table about 5:50. The table near us was getting their food so we could see the small dishes we were considering. With 3 of us, we placed our order from the tapas menu (it showed 2 prices/sizes): two dishes should be large because we would all have some, the rest were to be small to meet individual preferences. Our wine order was taken as well. By now it is about 6:00pm. Then we sat. Others around us were getting their drinks and orders. I stopped the waitress as it got to be about 6:20 (note that nothing had been brought to our table yet except water) to tell her we were aiming for a 7:15 movie so would like the check soon after our food arrived (while true, i was hoping it would prompt her to speed up our dishes). The wine was delivered around 6:30. The first dish arrived around 6:40 and it was much larger than we expected. When asked if this was the right size we ordered, she assured us it was correct. OK, we enjoyed our meal (good tapas, enjoyable neal). Then the check came. What we thought would be about $170 total was over $225. Turns out you have to order the TAPAS size, nor the small size. The waitress insists she clarified but not a single one of us remember her saying anything. She should have pointed out that we ordered a LOT of food for 3 people, give the larger size of every dish that came out. We didn't finish 3 dishes, one was barely touched. It would have been the right amount of food if the sizes were what we THOUGHT we ordered. We made the movie, barely, after inhaling everything. We gad only about 15 minutes from start of food til we needed to leave. Good thing was the food came fast once it finally started coming out. Would i go back? Possibly, if I had a craving for tapas and was prepared to wait: the service really undermined the experience. Note there was one waitress and one chef. When we arrived, there were 2 or 3 other tables with 2 and 3 people. At least one more came in after us.
Great wine and tapas bar in Tacoma. Staff excellent and engaging with top notch food. Best Paella De Marisco in years, fresh, correct spice and presentation exquisite. Nice date night.
Big disappointment. The main one being the service, which ruined the whole experience. Was it an off night? Maybe... i can say that we were sitting in front of the open kitchen and the cooks seemed pretty upset too and one other table even left. Most of the food sat under the pass for a very long time which resulted in all but one of our tapas being lukewarm. Our server was unapologetic. She gave a discount at the end but no effort or acknowledgement during the whole dinner... Her care and attitude could have made a world of a difference, but nothing. One more thing...90% of the tapas were fried. Why? Why take shortcuts? I get that it's quicker for the kitchen but if I pay that price and come to that type of establishment I expect freshness and quality....plus the menu should be updated online because all the fresh stuff like burrata, tomatoes and aragula were not available despite being featured on their menu... enough said! It was not our night there and there wont be a repeat!
First time visit. Upon walking in, we waited to be seated when no one attempted to greet us. After asking, an employee finally seated us. When we finally ordered, I asked why the hostess was running around so much. She said two people didn't show for work. A plate was dropped at the serving window and no one picked it up, but walked around it. My friend and I agreed to cancel our order due to such a delay except asked to keep the two drinks orders. I left to make a reservation nearby and returned still no drinks. I kindly told the hostess we were leaving. I would try them another night in hopes this was just an off night. They do need to keep their house in order if they are to retain customers and repeat business.
We ordered the $60 for 10 tapas deal. Every single dish was delicious and on-point. We were seated in the back patio which might have been more charming had the brick been swept. Maybe if it had been dark with the string lights on, it wouldn't have been noticeable. The place filled up quickly and we wish we had done a later seating to enjoy the live music. We will return!
Only got to order twice in almost an hour and a half, which is wild for a tapas restaurant. Had to leave before the second round could even arrive because it has been over 30 minutes and there was no ETA. They don't know how to manage a dinner rush apparently. Food was excellent, but it doesn't matter if you don't get any of it.
Great food and service!
What a great place! The food is amazing - all the bites are delicious! Service was great as well. We've been there a few times and will definitely go back!

Showed up for a 7 PM reservation. Took a solid 15 minutes for someone to take our drink order (we just ordered everything), and at 32 minutes in still hadn’t received anything to drink, so we left. A shame, the food looked quite good at the place was very cute inside. Watched others seated at the bar after us receive drinks, couldn’t get the attention of the apparently one server.
Great place. Nate, our server, was very attentive and gave us samples of wine. He checked on us often but wasn't intrusive. We were there on a Sunday night and it was very quiet. If not sure how inducutive this is on other nights. One think to not is that their online menu is not accurate. There are different items on it and the prices are higher. The cost for the whole tapas menu online is $45. It went up significantly to $60
Brought my mom and family for Mother's Day dinner and they were so impressed by the tapas deal with the entree. We really loved the food and the service was great and attentive!
Interesting experience. Was running late and tried calling. Kept getting redirected to a personal voicemail for design company? Thought had the wrong number. Turned out to be the manger on duty. After showing us our table MOD sat at bar drinking wine and vaping. He did help run food sometimes. Spilled a glass of water at our table which is fine. Accidents happen. Never said sorry or brought new water. Just cleaned it up. Entree portions were way too big. Each entree could feed 2-3 people. Music over speakers was a little too loud for dining. Was really excited to celebrate birthday. It was ok but I will not be back.
Nice spot!
