Got 2 orders of large nachos to go They did not taste great and was missing tomatoes, onions, jalapeños and barely had much meat.

They were poorly put together. I could tell the chips were tossed in the to go metal tin and had cheese put on top and heated up. There was burnt chips and only the top part of the chips had any cheese on it. I had to stop eating them from the amount of hard cheese and chips along with all the grease on the lower layer of chips.

For the same price I could have gone to the restuaraunt right by chuck e cheese and gotten brisket nachos that are larger and taste better.

We made a last-minute decision and had a fun birthday dinner here. Food and drink choices were a cut above most Mexican places. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Very friendly service.

Maria served us in the bar. She is an excellent bartender and waitress. The food and drinks were delicious.

First time diner!
I came in because of the deals on birria and loved everything else I got. When I say that the food here is good, I mean it. Not just good, exceptional!

We ordered the super nachos, quesabirria, carnitas street tacos and finished it off with fried ice cream. Whoever cooks the meat here must really love their job because everything i ate was perfection!

I can't wait to come back. The rest of tacoma needs to stop sleeping on this restaurant

Girl I am sorry but this resturaunt is such a joke to me. The menu is honestly kinda of weird and discombobulating. The food was alright like I’d come back but not by my own choice.. now let’s get to the funny part.

1.They litterally are trying to push knock of juaritos (favoritos) on you so damn bad they offer it with almost everything on the menu. Like I don’t want it.
There’s a picture or mention of it on almost every page of their several page menu and it’s honestly funny.

2. A single fountain soda cost 4.79!!!!!??!? That is literally over $20 after tax for a family of 4, that’s just outrageous. & the soda wasn’t good the syrup ratio was off

3. I ordered street tacos, never have I gone ANYWHERE not a taco truck, not a Mexican restaurant, not Southern California Mexican food where I didn’t receive lime and radish with my tacos but whatever I asked for lime. What it did come with was an entire uncut grilled onion and a grilled jalepeno lmao like what am I going to do with that. I didn’t read the menu properly my fault. But it was called the taco combo, I just assumed that meant rice and beans on the side (NOOOOO THE “COMBO” was tacos and a FAVORITOS soda abahahahha)

4. My dad doesn’t drink alcohol or tap water. He asked if they had water bottles (they were on the menu) they kept saying no we’re out, so he then asked if they have ginger ale, the girl had no clue what that was, okay fine, he then asked do you guys have hot tea? And her response was “we have sweet tea” on what planet does any resturaunt not have tea bags. My dad says okay then I’m all right (he has NO drink), oh well they were suddenly able to muster up a water bottle idk what that was about. Perhaps wanting us to spend an extra $5 or more on a drink

5. The kids meal seemed like it was kind of pricy almost $10 which isn’t outrageous.. I’ve just been to much nicer restaurants lately and they’re cheaper there. But I will say it did come with a FAVORITOS lmao

6.their only tamale option is chicken and that irritated me I hate chicken and I feel like there should always be 2 options.

We decided to stop through Antojos after a night of light drinking, so we were happy they were open late.  The staff was friendly and inviting even though we showed up closer to their closing time.

The atmosphere was warm, tables and chairs were clean and our seating was comfortable. They had a diverse menu that included the typical Mexican American selections along with some street taco choices and a variety of authentic Mexican dishes such as Conchinita Pibil and Manudo.

We decided to try their Conchinita Pibil Enchiladas and their Birria Tacos. Before receiving our main dishes, we enjoyed their chips and salsa along with refried beans for dipping. The salsa was excellent with plenty of kick, and the chips were crispy. The main dishes arrived quickly and hot. The presentation was nice. The Enchiladas were delicious with just the right amount of tang from the pibil, and the Birria tacos were smokey and had a good depth of flavor. The sides, such as the rice, were well cooked, nicely seasoned, and accompanied the main dishes well.

All in all,  especially considering we stayed past their closing, Antojos was an excellent choice for us. The staff never even suggested that they were passed closed and allowed us to enjoy their wonderful food. I strongly recommend giving Antojos a try.

This is one of the best Mexican restaurants I have ever been to. The service was phenomenal, they made sure to accommodate my food allergies, and most importantly the food was delicious. I wish I wasn’t just swinging through town, as this would be a consistent stop for me. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.
