I visited this place August 1 2025. I was very dissatisfied and disappointed. I ordered the bacon chicken ranch sandwich. Nothing spectacular about that item. The fries that came with it were luke warm at best. If my health plan I’m currently on allowed fries, I would have definitely sent it back. I ate two or three. The service was minimal. No check ups after being served. I wouldn’t recommend this Applebees.

Went to Applebee’s on 72nd with a friendand the Manger and waitress that helped us were very rude. The waitress, her name was Gabby and the managers name was Jaime Arache. After my friend tried explaining to him her issue with Gabby, he continued to talk over her and keep repeating what their policies were. Gabby kept messing our order up and when shw tried to order another drink, Gabby told her she couldn’t and needed to finish the one she had first. The one she had was finished and had nothing but melted ice in the cup. She then asked for a manager and Gabby got upset. When he came out, he was just as rude as her. He told us that it was their policy that you had to finish the drink you had before you can order another one. He went back and forth with her and then proceeded to tell us we had to leave. As my friend is speaking he proceeded to tell her he felt sorry for my kids. What did her kids have to do wirh it? There were no kids wirh us. I thought that was a rude comment to make. Regardless of what was going he should have never made a comment about her kids. If you go to 72nd Applebees be mindful of the night manager Jamie Artache ans the waitress Gabby.

My partner and I had a delightful time with Gabby as our server. She was personable, gave an Amazing modification suggestion for one of our meals, and she simply provided a pleasant experience. Gabby also had Ashley shadowing her for training and Ashley is shaping up to be a really great fit.
Gaby was our server and she was phenomenal. She was very attentive to our needs and kept checking on us. Would love to have a her be our server anytime.
