The food was kinda dry but the drive through person was very patient and helpful with my order since I rarely go there and didn't know much about the items listed. I would go back simply because the customer service but I would only stick with the sandwiches. I tried asome Angus beef over potatoes, NO BUENO like little hard Angus Jerky lol

Today was the second time in the past month I went through the drive thru. The first time I just sat in line for 15 minutes without moving and eventually left to go eat elsewhere. This time I order two beef n cheddars and fries. Literally sat at the window for 10 minutes. The place wasn’t busy and the employees were just standing around talking. When I received my food, it was horrible. The sandwiches were barely wrapped and had obviously sat under a lamp for a long time. Beef was hard, bun was stale. I just threw them both away after tasting each. Fries were ok. Will never go back to this place again. Bad service and gross food.

This is the only Arby’s I will buy food from the only one that is taking cards legally with no contact from the cashier. I like that they have it this way so people can’t steal your card information. Also the food was amazing and fresh. I love the atmosphere and the employees were so nice. I would drive an extra 25 minutes to get food from this place. Stay away from the one in fife wa

The Burien Arby’s was mostly awful. My Beef & Cheddar sandwich had very little cheese. Chocolate milkshake was excellent. I had a hard time understanding counter person. She spoke in another language most of the time. I read my newspaper until about 10pm. The employees were very loudly talking to each other. I removed my hearing aids because they were so loud! The counter person told me they were closing. I had checked my phone, and the phone said that Arby!s was open until 11pm. I wanted to use rest room and asked for code Counter person and three other employees ignored my repeated requests. Finally counter person said that everything was closed. They denied a customer from using the bathroom! The drive thru was still open as I left. I will never return to that location again. Ed
It's Arby's what Is there left to say. The food is cooked fresh everyday it's always delicious and I love it there and they have good customer service They train their people well for customer service still unlike many other places

What has happened to this place? $31.00 for two people! Cold food! I ordered a classic beef and cheddar meal. With mozzarella sticks. My fiance a Rubin with curly fries. Curly fries were cold. I took them back. I hadn't tried my motz sticks they to were cold! My Beef and cheddar was made so sloppy it fell apart within two bites. We were the ONLY customers eating inside. Seemed the staff only cared about was the drive through!! Overpriced for subpar food!! Take down the bell at this Arby's. NOBODY SHOULD BE RINGING THIS BELL!! Let alone step foot in the door. Might have better luck at the drive through. I won't be wasting my time or money to find out. Shame on 38th st Arby's!!

Sat in line for 15 min. Ordered a French dip sandwich. $12. Get back to work, and they gave me the auji but not the sandwich. They gave me idk what they gave me honestly, I’m trying to eat it right now and it taste gross. Really frustrating. And getting attitude towards me about not wanting to donate a dollar really doesn’t help the situation.
