Drive through worker seemed cold and grumpy. The ham sandwich was really good but the fries were very hard to chew . They were maybe overcooked or old ??? My first time there and probably will not be going back .

I went at 9:49pm and the cashier/window girl was so rude and had zero customer service skills. asked for a minute to look over the menu, and she suddenly just went silent. when we finally said we were ready to order, all she said in a annoyed tone was “ What are you gonna get?”. she messed up the shake, and seemed annoyed it was her mistake. she had her airpods in so maybe she didnt hear us. finally we asked for sauce and she just kept repeating “its in the bag, its in the bag. yep. goodnight.” i dont understand why she was rude to us right off the bat.

Food is not bad however parking is the worst if you value your vehicle park your vehicle somewhere else & careful of going through the drive through nights aren't to bad but still be careful it also has the worst security ever pretty much not much safety if they improve there weak points it be a really good points
Food prices are way too expensive. The counter help didn't quite understand what I was asking for.

Ordered the fish sandwich and the fish itself tasted as if it sat in the warmer it was not cooked fresh plus the over did it on the tartar sauce the fries were cold sorry had to give this type of review any other time the food was good

I come here all the time. Because I love Arby’s but everytime they always get something wrong. Even when ordering online. I grabbed my food and asked for Arby’s sauce he said “it’s in the bag” and of course it wasn’t when I got home. Also the large fries are a scam it’s literally a small size I just feel like I waste money and usually the women in there are rude if you don’t like your job don’t do it.
