Ordered my food. Day before Thanksgiving. Didn't want to cook. Ordered 2 double roast beef with cheese and a large curly fry. Got home and one of the sandwiches was completely wrong and something I cannot eat. After paying so much for something my wife and I view as a treat, I won't do it again. It could of been a mistake, but check the order before you give it to your customer.

Arby's had no arby's beef for sandwiches and didn't have the turkey gobbler and cold as snow inside it was warmer outside

Yesterday I wanted to try out the new turkey sandwich, it was very busy, I had a great service thanks to the young cashier and the cooks. Problem was the management he was so rude!! Like extremely rude to his cashier. Yelling at her for not having fries!! While he was in the fry station, if this how this place works with that kind of management imagine close doors, no thank you

Waited in the lobby for 10 minutes. Didn’t get acknowledged by the staff. Completely ignored. Left even ordering.

I was told by manager doordash called and she had paperwork about a order saying not to make it when I went to pick it up, which doodash doesn't do. I called doordash and they said they never called this store. Luckily I still got paid even though I couldn't deliver order.
