NO CARS ANYWHERE AND IVE BEEN SITTING AT THE SPEAKER FOR TEN / 15 MINUTES TOLD JUST A MINUTE TWICE. NO WONDER THIS PLACE IS ALWAYS DEAD, CARS LINED IN DRIVE THRU BEHIND ME LEAVING DUE TO THE REDICULOUS WAIT TIME. WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS RESTAURANT. I DUNNO OF ITS A MANAGER THING OR JUST AN EMPLOYEE THING BUT DAMN WHY AM I WAITING SO LONG NOT EVEN ORDERED. THE AERVICE IA HANDS DOWN THE WORST IVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF ATTENDING. Why is the lobby never open at night at 7:00 pm. We tried to eat there 3 times in last 2 weeks never open. Not good. Very disappointing.

Drive through customer service person was very polite, and very professional. We were able to stay at the window while our chicken was cooking for our sandwiches, he kept checking on us and was so kind. When I go there again I hope he there.
Not a fan of fast food, but this Arby's is always a pleasant place to eat. Very efficient and friendly staff here.

We went through the drive thru didn’t catch the gentleman name but he had caught up to us before we left the parking lot to let us know he had forgotten a part of our meal and wanted to make sure we got it. Was a real genuine guy and we really appreciated him catching us before we had taken off. Excellent customer service, really wish we had cash to tip him for going out of his way to make sure we got the meal we paid for. 10/10 will be back!!!
