Asado Steakhouse delivers an unforgettable dining experience that feels straight from culinary heaven. The steak is a masterpiece—perfectly cooked, bursting with flavor, and seasoned to perfection. The Caesar salad was a classic done right, with fresh, crisp greens and a rich, tangy dressing that elevated every bite. The honey-butter glazed carrots were a delightful balance of sweetness and warmth, and the Corona beans with sun dried tomatoes offered a new flavor to round out the meal. Even the sourdough bread, roasted on the grill, was a revelation—crusty, smoky, and utterly sublime. Every dish showcased for this January special met with meticulous care and mastery, making it clear the chef and kitchen team are nothing short of extraordinary. This isn’t just a meal—it’s an experience you’ll savor long after the last bite. Highly recommend!
Our happy hour drinks (Diablo Martinis) were outstanding! Service was wonderful. Good food too. I also really liked the wood smoke smell of the restaurant. Wish there were a few larger tables in the bar area. Looking forward to returning.

Hostess was very welcoming. Food was delicious. I went for my anniversary. It was my first time dining at Asado. Our server Sara H was absolutely terrible. She didn’t want to be at work and she definitely let you know it. She was throwing a temper tantrum the ENTIRE time. Pouting and being rude for no reason. It was very unprofessional. I was a server for many years. Even being in pain at work I still would never treat the guests like she did tonight. She ended with “ You guys aren’t staying for dessert, are you?” While shaking her head no and making a stank face. I said yes and got cheesecake to share. I spent over 200.00 and left over 20% but only because I wouldn’t want to short the kitchen staff on tips. I wish I could’ve given them the tip and not her. She ruined the experience.

Not really sure why this place has such a following,
Location is open onto the street exposed to the elements with bugs flying about inside the dining area. The table was so sticky both me and my partners cutlery was stuck to the table.
Noisy and loud dining area to boot. Really not what I expect for such a high price restaurant.
The entire experience was amazing! Joshua was very welcoming! Sara was the server! She is knowledgeable, polite and professional! Everything she recommended was on point! The steak was perfectly cooked and paired well with chimichurri and poblano polenta! And the chocolate cake with espresso whipped cream was delicious! Everyone was friendly! Definitely coming back!

We love coming here, the Lomo is AMAZING!!! The service is always good and we’ve never left disappointed. Last minute tables are very hard to come by so be sure to make a reservation. Maybe someday they will expand so more people can enjoy the delicious meals. ?

We chose Asado Tacoma to celebrate my husband's 35th birthday, and it was the perfect choice! Our server, Kate.S, made the evening unforgettable. As first-time visitors, we had a lot of questions about the menu, and Kate was incredibly detailed and patient, guiding us through the options. She also went above and beyond to make my husband feel special on his big day. The food was exceptional, and the service was even better. We can't wait to come back for another amazing experience!

Incredible experience! Food and service can't be bested. We will be back. Only took off one star due to air conditioning--just a little warm but it's the PNW, not Texas, thankfully.
