Love the rootbeer floats and shakes but that all I would get anymore. Their staff not professional they are just there. Lobby not very clean. No impressed at all. A&W needs to start over again and have great food, staff, and cleanliness.

A&W/KFC is getting a high rating solely because EVERY SINGLE TUESDAY, they have THE BEST $5 meal deal that you just can't pass up! You get a pretty decent size cheeseburger, that is actually really tasty, amazing fries and a drink. And if you update to a Root beer float and cheese curds it's only $6. A&W's cheese curds are the BEST AROUND!
I am addicted to the cheese curds.Once a week, I treat myself on my cheat day.I will only come to the 6th ave location. The staff is friendly and the service is great every time. They know me by name and always address me appropriately.The cheese curds are a cook to order item, so they are fresh every time. Wow. The service was AWFUL and food was below average. Ordered at the drive thru, no polite greeting, no totals given, no asking what dipping sauces offered for our 3 different chicken strip meals, just told to pull up the window after we ordered.When we got to the window, I realized we missed an item to order. I asked to place another order, since no one was in line behind me, and the woman responded, "You're supposed to do that back there." while pointing to the drive thru speaker. She was incredibly rude through the payment process for our initial order, and second order. I checked for name tags, and it didn't appear that the two women who assisted us thought they were necessary. After looking through other reviews, it's probably so we can't call them out by name.Two out of three drinks were not correct. We were given 3 Pepsis even though we ordered an iced tea and Dr. Pepper as well. Plus, the sodas were all very flat. Chicken nuggets and chicken strips were pretty soggy as well. As mentioned before, we were never offered any dipping sauce for any of our meals either. We just moved to the area this weekend, so we don't really have anything at home for condiments yet. And we don't think we will be visiting them again any time soon!

Previously came to this location habitually since it's in close proximity to our home. Recently got food from there from a sales associate at the drive-thru who we hadn't seen before, waited nearly 30 minutes for the presumed manager who had previously served us almost every time we had gone to finally bring out our food, but still no issue. Once we got the food it was nearly inedible and could've broken a tooth on the chicken. Called the next day and spoke with the same person who took our order and was assured our name would be taken down and once returning the day after were denied our refund/reorder for a $30 order without food or receipt-- receipt we never received. Was told there was no solution without either the food or receipt and our name was never taken down for refund. Was advised for future reference to ask for a receipt if I didn't receive one or keep the food.. as if the money and multiple trips spent and the trash to show for it was not sufficient. Spoke respectfully to each person that heard our concern, and unfortunately was met with nonsensical formalities and a prideful power trip set on denying us for their errors/lack of customer service. Value any and all folks serving us and sad to say we can't visit this location anymore.. it may feel unnecessary over a fast food meal to leave this review, but any experience like this at any level is disheartening. We'll miss y'all, just not the service.
