“If you’re going on Saturday morning be prepared to wait a bit (outside) in line and dress accordingly! Worth it though. Phenomenal service and food. Their bagels and shmear are good- just the right amount of chew and density but not dried out or tough. If you like sandwiches though definitely give one of their bagel sandwiches a try. The “hot to go” was the favorite of the 3 we tried (classic bacon egg cheese, pastrami, & hot to go).“

“We grabbed a dozen bagels and various cream cheeses & butters for our monthly family brunch and everything was delicious! Fresh, soft, big bagels in tonss of great flavors (we got plain, everything, jalapeno cheddar, 4 cheese, cinnamon raisin, and chocolate chip) and their cream cheeses & butters were perfect additions to perfect bagels (plain, scallion, & roasted jalapeno cream cheeses plus garlic herb, marionberry citrus, and honey butter). Everything was a hit at our family brunch! Lots and lots of compliments and "where did you get these?!" Highly recommend visiting B's Bagels & Butters. We will be back!“

“We happened upon this little gem purely by accident because we needed to use the restroom on our way from Roy to Tacoma. I always feel bad asking to use the restroom at a business establishment without buying something, so I checked out the menu and, when I saw they had a sandwich called Ellie's Garden, I knew I had to order it in honor of my youngest granddaughter, Eleanore. The sandwich was phenomenal! I shared it with my daughter and we found ourselves wishing we each had a whole sandwich. We definitely will be returning to sample more of the goodies Blue Steele has to offer!“
