Can’t recommend this place enough. I got the torta and my friend putaco. Both were delicious! Authentic food with friendly staff, clean restaurant, and excellent service. I’m visiting from out of town, but if I lived closer I would be here often!

Loved this place but not today and not again. Food is good but my order was forgotten, I watched several others come up, place orders, get food and go. Initially I thought perhaps they had ordered ahead but after 20 or so minutes of waiting for 4 tacos it became clear my order was forgotten or missed even though I'd paid. Watched the face of the cashier as she saw me over and over again sitting and waiting while she brought out other people's orders. Finally she checked with the cook and a few minutes later my order was ready. We're all human, we all makes mistakes but the reason this was my last time at balcon is because she did not acknowledge their mistakes or apologize for the wait. I've been a cook, cashier, bartender and server. If you miss someone's order, forget to print it, don't get it on the bump screen whatever ...apologize because while restaurant workers are human and make mistakes, customers are also human and deserve some amount of respect or even a hint of care.

Great food great experience!! Always hits the when your hungry or just craving food. Dining is a comfy experience but the temperature inside often depends on what its like outside. Regardless, its a nice frequent to have on the list!!

Sooo flavorful and fresh! If you’re a pineapple lover, the mixed burrito is a must-try and the tacos were just as amazing. I usually leave sides unfinished, but the rice and beans here were too good not to finish!

Amazing food, agua jamaica and strawberry lemonade, popusas revueltas, torta pollo, and the tacos revueltos. Haven't had this great food in a long time. Tastes like grandma and mom are in the kitchen. Please don't pass this place without trying their amazing food and drinks. Let's not say their great hospitality.
