They should be ashamed that they only have one bartender working by himself on a weekend especially when they have an event at the convention center and events inside the hotel and there's comedy shows going on and other events downtown right down the street the bartender wasn't able to go get additional supplies from upstairs for the drinks he wasn't able to go get food from the kitchen. you weren't able to order everything from the full menu they offered because he was by himself on top of that he had his girlfriend there who he kept catering to bringing her special food and drinks over paying customers I thought it was very unprofessional for him to be having a date while he was working and to come back and forth to his girlfriend kissing and flirting and carrying on while paying customers are trying to enjoy themselves and they're having this romantic liaison at the bar it was so distracting that finally I had to just finally ask the woman if she was dating the bartender because it was a bit much I thought at first that he was just flirting with the customer and then I realized maybe he was with her so I had to ask and that was just too much it's too small of a bar area right there inside the hotel for people to be doing that. There's no secret areas. It's right smack dab in the lobby.i could see if it was a big bar that he owned himself but if he's just working there as an employee it was completely tacky of him to carry on with his date and her friends bringing them free stuff while other people are waiting in line for him to serve them. everything that Google shows online they didn't have on the menu at all the menu online didn't match what they have inside of the bar if they know that they're going to have events at the hotel and that it's going to be busy in the area they should bring in bartenders and staff to be able to help the bartenders connect with the restaurant for food and vice versa they lost a lot of money with the setup that they have I would have stayed and ordered more stuff but he wasn't able to do anything. I ended up just charging the things i had to my room and going back upstairs. I had two or 3 different drinks but because he was so strapped distracted and out of supplies there really wasnt anything special about them. Luckily i had already eaten and had drinks at my event. But my goodness. They need to do better. A bar should be ready to serve when they know events are at the hotel and in the area.

It’s a very nice hotel but for the cost of the drinks you would expect better selections and quality.
I came in for drinks with a friend. Their CC machine was down and they were only accepting cash. This was weird but ok but the drinks were ok. Their pear mule and old fashion has hints of both but were not really well made or maybe designed. Either way I was not impressed.

During our 10 night stay we visited this site 4 times. The atmosphere was great. We would have come more often, and stayed long enough to try the food, had any of the 3 bartenders been more welcoming and attentive. It was surprising as all other staff at this hotel were great.

Awesome Bar. Stayed at the hotel and ordered the whiskeys from the shelf. The staff was super friendly.
They were supposed to open at 5:00 and I got there at 5:30 but they didn’t end up opening til 6:00 so I sat and read my book without a drink. Five stars because the bathroom smelled like watermelon starbursts.
