During our 10 night stay we visited this site 4 times. The atmosphere was great. We would have come more often, and stayed long enough to try the food, had any of the 3 bartenders been more welcoming and attentive. It was surprising as all other staff at this hotel were great.

They were supposed to open at 5:00 and I got there at 5:30 but they didn’t end up opening til 6:00 so I sat and read my book without a drink. Five stars because the bathroom smelled like watermelon starbursts.

The bartender and waitress were so rude and could not handle big crowd. Also didn't give much attention to the customers actually sitting at their bar. They need to get a better bartender for the weekends.
Service was amazing, Kaitlyn served us for two of the nights we were there and we felt so well taken care of! Highly recommend

Drinks are made well and service great, however it's overpriced. I realize it's an upscale hotel bar but c'mon, us poor folk wanna drink to. Friend had the burger and said he didn't enjoy it, too much dry bread. Just needed a real butter grilled bun and it'd be better. The bar is wide open, the front desk for check-ins and such is in plain view, which I didn't like, felt like I was drinking in an airport bar. Bars should be closed off from the rest of the world, that's why we escape to them. Like I said, the service was great and drinks were made very well, but not my type of bar.
