The ice cream is so dense and cold, not melted and fluffy like many ice cream shops. I love the choice of flavors! Butter pecan, black walnut, Rocky road are my favorites! I should be embarrassed that I started a list card, but what a deal for a loyal customer!
Ownership changed hands a few months ago and Baskin Robbins in University Place is in great hands! Lindsey, the owner, has a great vision for the establishment. And looks to fully resurrect the long standing staple of our community! I've frequented this wonderful ice cream shop for over 30 years. My family and I went to this location one afternoon. The customer service was nice but they were definitely a little behind on some things. Absolutely no napkins were stocked so my two year covered in ice cream couldn't get cleaned up properly, I asked for some but we were given one paper towel from the back. The cleanliness was not up to par. There were a few dark corners and bugs roaming. I love the ice cream, always will but this location wasn't the best one I've...
