I come to this BR to get my ice cream fix! Very good and very inexpensive. They are open late which is rare in Tacoma. The staff here always wears a smile. They are very kind and courteous. They keep the place clean too. They are always mopping and taking care of the tables.

About 8 at night, took my family of 4 in for ice cream. We are all indecisive, but the crew was patient with us, and never made us feel anything other welcomed- even after multiple sample requests!

Update: apparently I'm not the only one according to other reviews. Lady thinks she's law enforcement. Of made up lawsPicking up an order at 130 pm. Entire strip mall is empty. Pulled up PASSED the no parking zone and put my hazards on. I was not in the no parking zone. Store was empty. Was in and out in 10 seconds.As I was leaving, the employee Tried to tell me I have to park in a spot. I asked why does it matter? Made a big deal about it.Power tripping for no reason. I did not violate any laws. Please stay in your lane.

I tried to call ahead my order since I cannot go in store cause my cancer but the worker called me a fat b word and a c word and told me to call a gym instead i’m at so upset over this and i will NOT be going to anymore basket robins in the future all i wanted was to order a celebration cake for clearing my second round of kemo but the women on the phone ruined this for me i am beyond upset and sad that such a special day was ruined. I hope no one else has to experience this and i warn the others to think again before ordering ahead.

I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD this place is absolutely disgusting I tried calling online because I have a sister in a wheelchair who can not go in and the woman on the phone cussed me out bc I couldn’t hear her and kept asking for her to repeat she then proceeded to call me a A-word whipe. This is outrageous and I will never be attending Baskin robins because of this worker. Also from others they have said she tried running them over with her car.

The red head employee who I’m assuming is a manager is a Karen. She’s also seems to think her position is security/law enforcement first and maybe customer service 2nd or 3rd. I could go on but I’ll just leave it at that. Cant stand her.

I had a birthday scoop and the manager refused to give it to me, I redeemed the coupon and showed them but they made me go back and I could no longer access it as it was redeemed. Never coming back here terrible customer service.
