It's unbelievable how much of a difference two different BR locations are. From now on I will definitely drive out of my way to the 176th and Merdian locations for better service when requesting special orders. This location charges more for the same service you get at others. Absolutely not worth the hassle.

Okay first of all I did an online order and drove hella far got here to get my ice cream. I checked out and payed as a guest. I gave the lady at the front my name and she said since I didn’t have a confirmation code which it never gave me anyways I couldn’t have my ice cream. She also said I couldn’t have a refund? So she had to call her boss. She the. Comes BACK and asks me what my name is??? Why couldn’t you have just gave it to me when I gave you my name the first time? Then she asked me what my order was. Which is fine but she was rude and it was weird.

Great ice cream but it's a franchise.. so the owner really has nothing to do with that. The girls who work there are nice enough but I had a bad taste put in my mouth and it wasn't the ice cream! I ordered food from you and you tell me I have to pay for water cause your boss won't let you...THATS ABSURD! I really don't care if he has to or not. Food Businesses that don't give out water to the public are a class below and to force me into charging a dollar.... tell you what owner of this location! If your hurting so badly for money( doesn't make you look good nickel and dimeing for tap water on a 10 dollar purchase) I have a few crumpled up dollar bills and some loose change I'll give you to help you out.

The server/cashier was super nice..Place was neat & clean..Was a little on the busier side & had a minor w8.. Few tables inside so if u wanted ta eat ur ice cream in there instead of the car is pretty convenient .(I have eating in the car!. Idc wat it is..) My sundae was good but my daughter was not digging the Unicorn cone she ordered..

My wife went in and got us a late night snack, and we started to drive away and noticed the shake I got was like the consistency of milk. Terrible!! Waste of money and time.
