I am visiting family from out of state and decided on ice cream. We stopped here at 8:50pm and upon entering the shop we were rushed the entire time and after each order we were asking if that was it. It was rude and not kind to someone who hasn’t been in a baskin Robins in a very long time. The one girl was very rude and when asking what time they close they said 9:30pm. We had plenty of time. The manager was on site and when explaining everything the manager starred and smiled. Nodding the entire time but had no idea what I was saying!!!! Never again will I return..

I have been a Baskin Robbins fan since I was a child. My family and I have visited this location about 5 times within the last 10 or so months. Most employees are friendly and polite but there is one that's rude every time. I'm in customer service and always extremely kind, (and forgiving). We always order 3 ice creams. She always says rudely, "is that it?" And when I ordered the next ice cream, SHE ROLLED HER EYES!! The last time we were there she rolled them at my 6 year old! Unacceptable!!

Walked into this location this evening and made eye contact with all three workers . We waited at the counter for someone to help us but they all continued working and did not acknowledge my husband and I . The employee's would occasionally look up and then look at each other but no one attempted to help us . After standing at the counter for 5 min we decided to leave . It’s one thing to be busy but it’s something entirely different when we were the only customers in the store. I will not be returning , due to poor customer service.

Very disappointed to say the least. Ordered my cake 3 weeks in advance. I even called the store 4 hours before my pick time to ensure everything was okay and I’m also able to pick up earlier. They said “yes everything is fine and done”.
I show up and ask to see the cake and they show me a small cake with no writing on it. Like super small. Which didn’t at all look like the custom cake i ordered. There wasn’t any writing on my cake either. Which i asked for you know “custom”. So then she goes and charges me for a bigger cake and puts writing on it.
Simply would’ve save me and you some time if you guys would’ve been professional enough. To give me a phone call and let me know what was going on.
Definitely would not recommend coming here. Learned my lesson.

Incredible help & the store was nicely air-conditioned in Tacoma but the South Puyallup store was hot &muggy so my son & I left to the Tacoma store instead, South Puyallup store seriously needs the ac fixed & get some seats inside ,/jeeez:(

It was my very first time at Baskin Robbins, and this just became my favorite ice cream shop in town. Ordered “gold metal ribbon” and “very berry strawberry”, both really tasty, like it because not too sweet too. Best ice cream shop!!

Such a disappointment. Downloaded the app and recieved a coupon for buy one, get one. Made the decision to specifically go to Baskin Robbins over other local shops and was told I couldn't use the promo. I asked if there was any way they could over ride and they said no with no explanation when I asked why. Very disappointing to not stand behind your own coupon.
