The ice cream cake was beautiful for my daughter BUT the cake wasn't what we ordered. We ordered a vanilla or white cake and we ended up with chocolate. They also changed the border of our cake because we wanted pink borders which they said looked bad but never showed us the cake just took it upon themselves to decide what we wanted. Please pay more attention to details and what the customer is asking.

I frequent this store a lot. Not only do they have a great selection to choose from, they go out of their way on customer care. The owners have always been friendly and I can see why there are a lot of repeat customers. If you are looking for a great spot to cool off in, I recommend this store.

The prices aren't cheap, but reasonable for high quality ice cream. You can get customized ice cream cakes here which are great for birthdays. The malts and shakes are also delicious.

I was rather disappointed that even though there is a sign outside requiring masks and social distancing very few people waiting inside were wearing masks or maintaining space . Myself and three others waited outside until several people had been served and left . It was rather busy and I counted only 2 other than myself complying and around 12 who were not !As a Courtesy to those of us including your employees who are following saftey requirements if you have a sign posted maybe it should be enforced !!!

I showed up at 9:30pm (Google states they close at 10pm) to order a single scoop of strawberry ice cream. As soon as I stepped out of my vehicle, a lady inside walked briskly towards the door to lock it and flip the “open” sign to “closed.” I attempted to ask why they were closing early, and she only pointed to the sign; I didn’t get her name. Needless to say, I was very displeased at this establishment closing 30 minutes earlier than listed. Either update your hours on Google, or remain opened until the pre-agreed upon close of business.

I ordered a layered Snicker Sundae, it looks a hot mess. They will never get my business again. I will continue to go out of town for BR. I never seen anything like this.
