ya’ll need to train your staff way better. horrible customer service. the cashier didn’t greet us or asked us what we wanted. this isn’t the first time one of your employees has done this. they have horrible attitude, horrible customer service etc etc. bro didn’t even look at us period. he literally just stood there hovering the cash register and didn’t acknowledge us.

I just ordered a Bigger Popcorn and Crispy Fries.
The quality was fairly low. The chicken wasn’t all too crispy or fresh. The crispy fries were unbearable to stomach, can’t even finish it and I love fries.
Overall the food tastes like it was fried in bad oil. I got better fried chicken and fries from a gas station.
My stomach is churning actually. I don’t mean to be overdramatic but this was really disappointing and my stomach hurts.

Shaquille O'Neil has a new chicken sandwich chain that's rolling out in the PNW. They recently opened a Tacoma location. The food looked good so I decided to try it. The Ultimate Chicken Sandwich was great. Mac & cheese, crispy onions on it. It was substantial. I had the crinkly cut fries too. Pretty good food considering I was so hungry. I would definitely try this again.
We decided to try Big Chicken for the first time. We ordered the Original Chicken sandwich, chicken tenders, fries and milkshakes. The food was delivered hot and fast, even though it tasted freshly cooked. The fries and chicken were salty, but not in a bad way. The only negative was the loud music, which we found hard to talk over.

Had tried it first on the Carnival Mardi Gras Cruise ship and it’s so good! Was on our way to Point Defiance Zoo and noticed a Big Chicken at a stop light. My husband and I already knew where we were going to go for lunch, BIG CHICKEN! Food was so delicious!

Everytime I go here the food is outstanding! Service is top notch! The owner is always there busy handling things but always says hi and makes time for a little conversation. They have a nice variety of sauces to choose from too and don't even get me started on the shakes ??

Came here after lunch and was shocked by the lack of respect from a cashier who talked to me as if I'm special. Receipt says her name is Honey C. She was acting more like a bees stinger.
I literally was just walking in line and older lady in black attire, short haircut called me up.
She already came off irritable like she hates being there, but got more rude after I didn't tip. She talked very noticeably slow to me as if I have something, I'm probably much smarter than her.
I didn't tip cause her attitude, and I can understand food service cause I worked in the restaurant business, but I don't tolerate when it goes over. I’ve managed a restaurant before and proud to say I’ve never talked to a customer like how she did and would’ve fired an employee if they did the same.
After I ordered, now I'm already feeling upset that this lady was on edge, and I'm literally standing five feet from the register cause there's like a group of people waiting for their food right in front of me, but when she calls me up she says "you forgot your drink and your sauces." Unsure why there was even a need to say that when I’m literally standing near the front.
I literally look at her for a second now I'm thinking she's crazy and wanted to start a fight, but I just smiled and said ok. And then walked away.
Tenders were on point, but there's always so much buffalo sauce on the buffalo chicken sandwich. Good fries.
Will be back, needs to have better service and respect for customers, so uncalled for. Will be back for those tenders soon!

Never made a review for takeout places but the customer service made my experience so good I couldn’t help but do it. Didn’t ask for a name but guy with glasses taking my order was kind as well as the rest of staff. Classic and Ultimate Chicken was delicious, would come again until I get sick of it.

I ordered the BBQ Chicken sandwich with the fried onions on it. I ordered it as a combo which with tax was over $16.00. Plus I left a 2 dollar tip. I enjoyed the sandwich but the French fries had obviously been sitting around awhile. I got my order delivered to my table quickly and the fries were barely warm. Service was friendly and quick. I thought it was pretty loud with the music turned way up. I’m an old codger though and I think that of a lot of places I visit. Would I go back? Maybe if someone I knew really wanted to go there but probably not. There are better chicken sandwiches to be had in Tacoma.
