I'm not quite sure if there was a language barrier or what but my girlfriends husband was sent to this stand for 2 Carmel apple drinks, 1 was 1 can, the other was 2 can and when he brought them back both drinks had not 1 drop of Carmel in them!! It was an Asian gal, not that I have an issue with that. The issue I have been having is drinks not being made the way you order them. Or when you order a signature drink my favorite is the mythical mocha I gave up after awhile just because some make it correctly so the drink is awesome then you go back later or a different day and it's bitter and disgusting. I think I'm just done wasting my money on drinks when there's such a discrepancy in the drinks when there shouldn't be, especially if they're signature drinks.
I've been trying for a while to keep going back, Maybe, just a barista having an off day, but I'm just done now. I'm taking my money somewhere else. And I have been a loyal customer for awhile now spendinding quite a bit of money buying multiple drinks at a time. But I'm done when I can go to a little mom and pop shop and they get your drink right the first time everything, I guess I'll be giving my money to them instead. Not the 1st time I've said something but now I'm done!! End of rant!!

Every time I go here they make my drink wrong. Then they argue with me about it. When I go to any bigfoot in Puyallup they make it right. I would like a contact for a manager. They do not tell you any of that info at this location. They need to be trained on how to make the drinks correctly. I wish I got the girls name that made my drink. I was there 06/26/2024 @3pm. Will not be going to this location ever again.

The barista who was working today June 19 at 12:30pm said something I’ve never been told from any other coffee chain or Bigfoot Java. I ordered coffee at another location but was unsatisfied as I could not taste the raspberry syrup I asked for. I went to this location and asked if I could get some extra raspberry syrup but was told I would have to go to the original location I ordered my coffee. I asked even if I just want some extra syrup to add to my coffee? I didn’t want it remade. The girl would not even do that. There was nobody at this location and only her working. I have never been told I would have to go to the original place in the past when drinks have been messed up, including Bigfoot java. It would have taken her less than a minute to put some syrup in a cup, would have been happy to pay for it too. Lazy and rude.

We came to visit this Bigfoot Java today for the first time and there is a new employee by the name of Sarah that did an amazing job. Her customer service was impeccable and she made the most delicious drinks just the way we wanted them. She definitely has a gift when it comes to enlightening someone's day and making sure that she makes the best quality drinks anyone could ever imagine.

Fast and accurate service. It's a little pricey, but most coffee shops are. At least they have a Point system to earn a free drink. My sin loves the frostbites.

Go to other bigfoots and you can use your free drink for 44oz blended. This place only offers 32oz for your "free" points system drink.
