I used to be a big fan of The Biscuit House and often visited one of their other locations, so I expected the same level of quality here. Unfortunately, this location completely missed the mark.
I placed a takeout order and had to drive back because part of it was missing. When I finally got home, I realized they also failed to include any of the four breakfast sausages I paid for. On top of that, the hashbrowns were undercooked and barely edible.
The only reason this isn’t a one-star review is because the coffee, once they finally gave it to me, was actually pretty good.
Spending $50 on two basic breakfast meals and receiving this level of service and food quality is unacceptable. If this is how they operate, I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone

My wife really wanted to go here and since she was driving I had no choice, lol. Just kidding. But no, really she got to pick where we were going to eat today and the Biscuit House won!. My wife and I both ordered 3 Egg Omelette's, mine was the meat lovers and hers was the Denver Omelette, both came with Hash Brown's and one of their very fresh homemade Biscuits!. I'm going to throw it out there and say that these biscuits are some of the best I've ever had, soft, slightly dense, and it doesn't fall apart the second you touch it. The hash browns were browned well and the omelette's weren't all fluff and empty either, they're firm with a good amount of what you ordered. My wife and I will definitely return to try more on the menu.

I went here yesterday and I have to say that the food was amazing. The staff was very attentive to my family's needs and mine and the service was top tier. We ordered breakfast takeout. They forgot the hashbrowns for one of the meals. The biscuit was pretty good, but the rest of the sandwich was flavorless. Would not go back here.

A cute, casual spot with really great food. The place was very clean! The food came out fast, and was obviously fresh cooked. The biscuits are a must. (Of course!) The staff was busy but pleasant. The coffee was good, but nothing spectacular. (We did the drip coffee. Specialty drinks might be different.) We enjoyed our breakfast very much.
