Dad chipped a tooth on dirt from an unwashed potato... Can't believe I had to write that.. every once in a while you run across somewhere where you really regret visiting. This is that place. Not a redeeming thing about it. I especially can’t tolerate bad coffee and weak breakfast at a hotel. As soon as we left we made plans to eat somewhere better for our next meal.

Standard hôtel restaurant.
Standard service.
Lattes are ok. Standard, the espresso used is ok.
Scones are truly horrible - extremely dry, stale… I’m guessing they were made several days ago. They really should not be selling these, they’re terrible.

The food was ok. The service was terrible. From the minute we walked in we let our server know we expected extra people in our party to come but they didn't plan to eat. We were sat at a 4 person table and before we could get the host's attention they walked away. So we moved over to the bigger table next to us..... The restaurant was empty aside from us at the time. We were immediately told that the table was for large parties only and ignored when we stated we had more people coming. We tried to order our food and my kids were asked their ages after the host handed them children's menus. After sorting this out we ordered our meal. While waiting the rest of our party, who has already had breakfast elsewhere. The rest of the table only had waters and no additional food at all.We ate a mediocre meal and enjoyed the company of our family. When the bill arrived it included a 20% gratuity for a large party. We asked why as half our group was not served (the restaurant was still very slow) and asked for the manager. The manager was polite although the damage was done as the server made us feel very unwelcome. Our extra party has just left a hospital where their mother had just been taken off life support and were waiting for word of her passing. We are their family and the only reason we stayed at the hotel was to provide comfort for our nieces. The staff did not know this but left a searing impression in a time of hardship for my family. Hopefully they can treat people better in the future as they never know the circumstances of a random customer.

During my stay at the Murano, I had the pleasure to experience both the breakfast and dinner menus at the Bite restaurant located on the 4th floor. When I first arrived, I met an associate for coffee and Deborah made us the Mocha and Latte, both were great. She mentioned the restaurant opened up for dinner and invited us back. KB was my dinner server, he was attentive and friendly. Mayra was my server for breakfast and she was incredible. There were also 2 other staff members who periodically check in, so no definitely no shortage of good service. I had the overnight oats, which was a balance of sweet, with a bit of nutrition. Although it is considered a “small” on the menu, I found it to be perfectly filling.Highly recommend giving this place a try. For the food, the ambiance, and the friendly staff. I will definitely be coming back.

The breakfast club was perfect! Scrumptious combo of bacon, egg and cheese and the aoili brought it on point. Great little meal with a refreshing and spicy bloody mary. Good stuff!

The young woman server was obviously overwhelmed. Straight up said it was too much. Huffed and puffed a lot. There was a large group seated next to us, and when one of the guests asked for ranch, the server forcefully put it down on the table. I brought this up to the gentleman, who I assumed was the manager, and he comped a lot of their stuff. I'm glad, but then me and my partner had to wait over 45 minutes passed closed to be served. I stay at this hotel a couple times a month, and this was by far the most hectic dinner. The bartender was fabulous, and the food was delicious, I just wish the service wouldn't have been so bad.
The drink and food selection is modest, but expected in a hotel restaurant that may have a lot or very little people in the booths at any given time. My drink had something crusty on the inside of the glass, but it did me little harm. The crab and artichoke dip was adequate but the bread I slathered it on was perfectly crusted. The garlic fries I ordered had zero garlic on them, but these things happen. My wagyu burger was heavenly, with the meat cooked just as I had asked. My wife's salad lost a bit of it's will to be green and had a bit of brown around the edges of maybe a third of the lettuce. The lighting was dark and did not invite me to buy dessert. The air was clean.
