Front end reception was awesome. Friendly smile and courteous. Our server Caitlyn was amazing.

Our service was terrible. We waited over an hour to get our appetizers or our food. We had to ask many times for silverware and more water. Very disappointed. We never really saw our server, I know it was busy but never experienced that before.

Large party got a bit rowdy near us but the food was good bar tender was a bit overworked but no complaints

Too many times I’ve received bad service and food from here.

Mother in law has alot of food allergies and they accommodated her. The rest of us had no problem and very tasty food.

I recently visited JB’s Restaurant & Brewhouse with high expectations, only to encounter a rather disappointing experience that left my wallet significantly lighter at $71. The menu promised classic American comfort fare, leading me to select their lemon pepper wings, which arrived as a generous one-pound portion, alongside a traditional Caesar salad, house-made chili, and their signature broccoli cheddar soup.

While the kitchen's output showed potential, the front-of-house experience significantly marred the dining experience. After being seated, we endured a seemingly endless 10-minute wait before managing to flag down a server – a telling preview of the service to come. Throughout our meal, empty Diet Coke glasses sat neglected, begging for refills, while used dishes accumulated on our table like unwanted dinner guests.

The value proposition here is particularly troubling. At this price point, one expects a certain level of polished service and culinary execution that, unfortunately, failed to materialize. While the dishes themselves were serviceable, they lacked the finesse and attention to detail that would justify their premium pricing.

In a market saturated with dining options, JB’s Restaurant & Brewhouse needs to seriously recalibrate either their service standards or their pricing structure to remain competitive. As it stands, the experience left me questioning whether style has been prioritized over substance.

Danielle N was an amazing waitress and tended to everything we needed! Super sweet and personable. The food was amazing per usual and it came out quickly! Love love love this restaurant!

Ate there last night. We always have a good experience but last night our server Jaden (not sure how to spell her name) was AWESOME! Friendly, patient, and all around just great!

Sadly, not a great Birthday. I really like this place. I like the food and the Beer. But the service at the Tacoma location was not good. Nice guy but 20 minutes for a beer? Then when I ordered another, I had to ask if he lost my order.
The check was incorrect as well, we ordered two stouts and then were told they were out of stout. But I was charged for them. I got a free pazooki dessert for my birthday, then I was charged for that as well. Dinner was an hour and a half and most of it was waiting. I will try a new location

Danielle N was amazing service compared to when we had been here a few months prior. Glad we gave BJ's a second chance. We will definitely be turning into regulars as their rib eye and prime rib are great!!

I am only giving a 1 star for the experience when we arrived.
Arriving at 4:40pm, The gentleman who assisted us when we walked in was very polite and welcoming.
When we were shown to our table, a waiter with sky top dreads (described by my son and his friend) asked if we would like beverages, we said water was fine for now and I asked which way to the restroom due to the long drive we had to take in our commute. After returning, the kids and myself looked over the menu and waited for our order to be taken. The waiter had passed our table numerous times with out acknowledging us. He has assisted other customers through the restaurant. The is was making it difficult to get his attention and let him know we were ready. After waiting for 15 mins, I told the kids let’s wait 10 more they maybe busy. Still the waiter would pass our table with out a single glance. At 30 mins of sitting and not being waited on, we got up to leave. I let the gentleman know at the front how disappointed we were and walked out.

Now we are sitting the food court of the mall and after spending nearly $60 we are full.

I understand someone can be busy during their working ours, but a simple eye gesture would have been comforting that he was not ignoring us.
