Everything was superb! They were very accommodating to my party and I look forward to using them again for an upcoming birthday brunch!

As per my last google review of BJs Tacoma on google, we stopped coming for over 2 months and decided to give it another shot tonight. was extremely disappointed when we were there from before 6pm to almost 9pm and it took hours to get our food, refills, and to even put our pizookie orders in. our pizookies once in took like another 45 minutes to come out at that point we almost were going to just pay the bill online and leave. which is what we ended up doing. table right next to us had their order raw and asked to speak to the manager to which their waitress told them manager said he couldn't speak to them but we saw him talking and leaning over tables with groups of young girls and highschool girls for 15+ minutes chatting with them after they had already paid. this happened multiple times through the night, and I've started to notice from times I've been here before as well. he ignores every table with adults and couples actually trying to address the crappy service, quality, etc. but will stand and talk to groups of highschool girls all night. Not coming again, not giving a second chance after 3 months again. clearly nothing has changed. they don't care about their customers and the service and quality sucks.

I must start off by saying our server Natashia was the star of the night. I intially booked for a party of 12 for a surprise birthday party for my niece's 30th birthday. That swelled to 18 people and she served us with such a great attitude. All while handling other tables because a couple of other servers called out. She was initially only assigned to our table, but had to juggle other tables after the call-outs. And her attitude was great. The food was a bit slow, but that wasn't her fault. It was hot when we were served so it wasn't that she wasn't picking the food up timely. It made for such a great night. I can't say enough good things about her. I tipped her generously on top of the 18% gratuity for such a large party, and she deserved every penny. So on to the other aspects. The location has a good amount of parking even with it being at the mall. You may walk a little bit, but not that far. I like that you can sit outside after eating or walk the mall. The food is good. I recommend the Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Chardonnay Butter Sauce and sun-dried tomatoes. You may need extra sauce. I usually do. They only serve Pepsi products, and I'm a Coke fan. So know before you go. All-in-all, I highly recommend this place. Ask to be seated in Natashia's section.

We normally love coming here but today apparently all the workers are just standing around talking. Watched our drinks sit there for 15 min while there was 4 people at the register and 2 people behind the bar.

I doordashed some dinner for me and the kiddos. I got the chicken broccoli Alfredo for the first item. Its is absolutely delicious, the chicken is thoroughly cooked and juicey with a nice amount of seasoning, the garlic knot was super good too. The only thing id say is i wish there was a little more Alfredo sauce but other wise it was a fairly big portion and very tasty. I also ordered the appetizer with the sliders and sweet potato fries they very nicely cooked and fed my kids and had leftovers for tomorrow. Drink wise I got the strawberry lemonade, they are very good and and large cup which makes you feel like youre getting the bang for your buck. Overall this is probaly a new favorite as a new comer to the washington military base!

I ordered the chicken parm, mac and cheese bites, pickle fries, and some pizookies. Food tasted pretty good going down. All i could taste when it came back up was pickles. And the headache that followed is lingering the next day. Other people i know really like to eat here though so maybe i just have an unknown food allergy, but i gave this place two tries and both times had the same result so i dont think ill be giving them a third. Good soda though

I showed up at 6pm, ordered a lemonade for my daughter and a beer for myself and at the same time I ordered an appetizer this all occured about quarter after or so. Our waitress blamed the runner for being slow, and then at 650 came and told me that it's not up yet. Food arrived a few minutes later. No appetizer. I continue to try to come here because it used to be so great. Now it's humiliating and slow and extremely over priced for the half serving of dinner I was given.

It took about 45 min to get our food, I had to ask the waitress how much longer it would take to get our food. She went to go check on our food and it was magically ready, and the food was cold.

Djjin was an excellent server who did a great job in both service and attitude. Hopefully we haveher again.
