My experience with Blue Moon was very pleasant they take pride in there gift baskets and are very promt . If you have anyone special that you would like to gift I recommend Blue Moon. They will know the gift was made from love.

The gift package of tea and shortbread cookies was received and all three boxes of cookies were crushed. I spoke to customer service or it could have been the owner. She was well aware of the crushed cookie problem, as others had made the same complaint. Instead of offering a replacement or compensation of some kind, she made excuses. If we conducted business like that, we'd be out of business. Do not waste your money on the shortbread cookies, because this is obviously a regular occurrence. She came right out and said they are not packaged correctly, too loosely to be exact.
