Gave up on a movie, decided to find sushi. Checked around and found this little place tucked away in a shopping complex. Great food, great service, and prices were modest to moderate for sushi. Beer was a bit on the pricey side but that didn't stop us, we wanted some good Japanese beer with our meal. \"all we have are the big beers\" Might as well, we skipped out on a movie for this! Well worth it too. Plan on going back!

I've had many different experiences with Teriyaki place. This place is definitely worth checking out. The prices are definitely worth the amount of food and quality of food you receive. The customer service is great and friendly. Thank you guys for a delicious meal!

The orange chicken was good but could be a little more crispy. If someone asked about it I'd say it's pretty good

So disappointed with today's service! I ordered dinner last week, got home and the rice tasted horrible! I called and was apologized to and also told next time you were in it would be taken care of...well, today was that day but, didn't get replacement meal or any type of discount... They acknowledged other customers called and complained after me and that they discovered there was an issue with chemicals in their water from Tacoma water! I was told it wasn't their "the restaurant's" problem, rather the city's problem so, they had no fault/obligation to customers!!!!???? They lost a very long time customer....

I cant express my love for this place enough. Tony was the chef, Michelle was our server. Everything was absolutely delicious. We reccomend the #1,16, 17 & 43. They were all sushi rolls and absolutely delicious .

Really cute small teriyaki joint. Food tastes really good I love the salad with peanut sauce. The chicken teriyaki I got looked so beautifully presented and didn't take too long to make. The cashier was soo sweet and when my food was ready she said "Ashley, dinner's served"

Great small restaurant, food is better than your average teriyaki place that just sells anf doesnt care about quality

Very friendly. Confusing to find because the restaurant has two signs, with different restaurant names. I ordered takeout, the crunch roll and sesame chicken. The crunch roll was straight forward, a solid tempura roll. The sesame chicken was ok. Very salty and overly sauced with more breading than chicken in most bites.

Had the Sake Bento for takeout. There was quite a bit of food. You get 2 gyozas, katsu, teriyaki, 3 nigiri, 4 pieces of California roll, rice, soup, and salad. I definitely could not finish it all. I really liked the crunch of the katsu and the sushi was very good. The teriyaki tasted good, but the sauce was a bit too thick for my preference. If I'm in the area again I would totally stop by here to eat. I'm interested in trying their rolls next time.

Great food! Love the teriyaki and sushi rolls. This place has it all! Servers are so helpful and friendly. Inside is small and only a few tables. The restroom is clean, but cluttered. This place is near our house and we've been here two nights in a row. I'll be back frequently!
