Amazing. Beasly R made delicious and refreshing drinks as well as top notch service. He even let us sample his three new creations, one of which was my husband’s favorite! It included Mekong rum and a unique tart flavor, into the spect-rum !!! Smokey and Sassy was my favorite, very citrusy but a hint of charred smokiness. Very calm, laid back and relaxing atmosphere. Our waiter was very kind and patient, eager to make our experience the most pleasant. I’m a dessert person and the moment I saw the banana fried rolls on the menu I knew what I wanted for dessert, my husband ordered the mango sticky rice. Best mango sticky rice I’ve ever had, the rice was to die for especially with the coconut slurry. The mango was at its finest peak! Over all we had a great dinner accompanied by amazing drinks and courteous service!

the food was okay, but the false advertisement for free refills yeah i ordered a ginger beer and it said free refills however i was charged 2 times and also i wasnt aware there was a convience fee after i paid, i tried getting the refills covered but the manager didnt want to so to me the service was solid, the food was meh and the setting was okayish, i wouldnt go to this thai place ever again. If any manager wants to give me a refund for my horrible experience i'm okay with that too!! also the price point for the food was way too much i went to other thai places they were more price friendly than this!

This restaurant is very nice and located in a beautiful area. It looks fancy and clean, and the food looks good and tastes good as well. On a scale from 1 to 10, I would give it a 7, and here are my reasons why:
I feel like the service was a bit slow. The wait was kind of long, which I understand might be because the food is made of good quality.
I ordered crab fried rice, and my husband and daughter had the pineapple fried rice. They asked us how spicy we wanted our food. I chose level 3 (on a scale from 1 to 5), but honestly, it wasn't spicy at all. If that's the middle of the scale, I expected it to be at least a little spicy, but it had no spice or flavor.
What really bothered me was what happened at the end. The waitress came over and asked me why I left such a small tip. She asked if her service wasn’t good and said that normally you’re supposed to leave 20%, which would’ve been about $20. I had left $13, and she seemed upset. She told me that 40% of the tips have to be shared with the kitchen staff.
I told her the service wasn’t amazing, but it wasn’t bad either, and that I was sorry if the tip seemed low—I didn’t know it was mandatory to leave 20%. I even asked her if tipping that amount was required, but she didn’t say anything and just walked away looking upset.
That moment felt humiliating, and I’ve never had an experience like that at any other restaurant. My husband still left another 5 on the table I honestly regret that because of her rudness .

I went here for my first time because the owner had told me I should try it. Being it is right next to the movie theater I figured I would make a date night out of it. We were seated immediately which was nice. There seemed to be a lot of people here so I figured the wait could be a little while. When we ordered our food, I was told that the food spiciness level was from 1-5. Most other places have a 1-15 spicy level so I figured I would go for the level 4 since I'm a big fan of spicy. Upon receiving my food, I was really disappointed that it was not spicy at all, in fact it was sweet if anything else. I ordered the Pad Thai with chicken. The food wasn't bad but for the price it wasn't great. The reason why I gave three stars to this review was mainly because of the lack of table service I received. After making eye contact with many of the wait staff, after 20 minutes of waiting I ended up going up and asking for the bill. No one bothered to refill my water, nor asked me if the food was fine. Which I was gonna ask if there was a sauce I could use to make the dish spicier. Every time I made eye contact with a staff member, they would avoid my gaze and stayed away from my table. When I asked the server on the way out why the service was so crappy, he had said that it was because my server was the busser or something like that and I suppose that they might not handle other servers tables which is understandable but personally as someone who relies on tips in this economy, I would best serve my customers or any customers that looked like they needed something, whether or not they were my table. Don't think I will be eating here again unfortunately. The lady owner seemed so nice and spoke highly of her restaurant but the service has me wanting to go elsewhere.

I would give 3 stars in general. Service was horrible. I waited for my water refill until the end after paying my bill , I still didn't receive my refill. Lol. Food was good. I love the seafood pad ki mao . We sat for a while without anyone came greeting us until my husband got a hold of a busser and we got a male server who gave us zero attention.
