Great/cute atmosphere. Awesome menu- I wasn’t clear on the specifics of my drink- was entirely my fault- but when I said I actually meant to ask for the blended honeydew instead of the milk tea they happily and quickly remade my order free of charge! They were so accommodating and perfectly nice! Awesome service- A+++ definitely recommend. I will 100% be back to try their “trust me Tareo” Smoothie which is taro, Oreo and puff cream all blended up into smooth creamy-goodness!! **((If I had noticed it prior to my initial order I’d have gotten it instead. They have a wide variety of boba flavors, that are really good. Thao is very nice and caring she made sure our drinks were good and had fantastic customer service. Definitely recommend will be coming back here again!

First time at S Level Tea, they closed at 7pm and Thao was so kind she took our order even though they close in 5mins. She made our tea order really quickly and she even made us the chocolate waffle even though it takes a longer time to make! Thao was super kind!! We’re definitely coming back to S Level Tea, best friendly customer service! And super delicious teas and food!! Must try boba place!!

boba is good but i ordered tapioca and got crystal pearls - i kindly asked for tapioca instead and the woman yelled at me and said it wasn't her fault. she repeated that a few times and said next time be more careful what i order. i got the drink back and she ended up adding tapioca over the sugar pearls (which i do not fw). obviously i wasnt happy w the sugar pearls so why would she just add the tapioca on top... i fear it's not that big a request. mind u it wasnt that busy either. the other lady is sweet but the older woman needs better customer service.

It’s my go to place near my university. Chocolate bubble waffle is the best. The atmosphere is so good. I come with my friends and play jenga all the time.

This is a very bad tea/boba shop. I've been in here a few times, and really wanted to give them a chance. Well, I don't think they clean their equipment because after they first time going into this place, every subsequent drink I've ordered tasted like rose pedals. Now if you like the flavor of rose, that is not an issue. I just dont like everything I order haven't a after taste. Sorry but I will forever pass on this place. Save yourself $7 and a disappointment, just go somewhere else.
