I always get 2 Whopper Jr's. For $5. Recently, I have been adding cheese to them. I go in between 7pm & 9pm on break from my job around the corner. I believe when the manager is working is when food is always the best. Fresh & hot. Service was prompt. Line moves fast.

Lazy people work here. The lobby is locked, not a single sign on doors! Manager should be ashamed but they won't cuz to be ashamed requires afford and since the manager is lazy, this afford will be nowhere to find! Shame shame shame!!! Lazy lazy lazy people!!!

30 minute wait to get the wrong order. Would have said it was wrong, but it took 30 minutes to get the meal, two combos , both of which were made wrong "have it your way"? Team behind the counter was dismissive while we waited for our missing items to be put down, several times after that, we were told it was cooking, but they seemed to forget .Too much focus on drive thru and pick up orders while customers inside waited. On the plus side, the young lady at the register was very friendly and tried to help.

I specifically ordered & PAID FOR a triple whopper, no lettuce, tomato, ketchup, onion, mayo & pickles, add swiss cheese, BBQ sauce & onion rings. What did I get? A regular triple whopper NO cheese. Note that the cheese & onion rings substitutes cost extra.......so I paid extra for a regular menu item.
So Night manager with the nice hair look like she doesn't want to be there Morale of the store look 👎 bad Front counter people not wearing gloves while handing ready to eat food. Front counter employee sneezed on arm but didn't wash hands to make sure Ll areas where sanitary Employee was caught smoking right by the door . so walking into a wall of smoke bot pleasant 🙄

Literally waited at the window for a good 20-30 minutes. Only to in the end have 2 items missing. Went inside and 3 workers made eye contact with me and did not acknowledge or ask what I needed. They got my daughter's order wrong as well. I rather drive 10 minutes out to lakewood thank to go there again.
