Ok so i ordered from door dash and apparently the burger king people lost my order bcuz according to dd cust service they leave the orders out on a shelf so any random person can take it and walk out with it. I had 3 different dashers that were assigned to go pick this order up when the 2nd one told me they said it was picked up i called the dd cust service and thats when they told about this. That is a VERY POOR WAY TO DO YOUR DOOR DASH PICKUPS AND THEN SAY IT WAS PICKED UP WHEN IT WASNT BCUZ SOMEONE ELSE STOLE THE FOOD...POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I'll start by saying that the food is pretty good which is why I keep going back. The exception being that they put way too much mayonnaise and ketchup on their burgers, to the point that you can't eat the sandwich without having it drool down your face. It does take quite a while to get your order but I imagine that's because they make everything as you order it which is okay by me, I actually prefer it that way.

I come often and most of the time my order is almost always slightly wrong , but whoever was managing or working at about 12pm 10/31 did a good job , everything was right and presented nice for once

Yesterday around 5:00 p.m. my husband and I went to the drive-thru and was served by a African American lady with red dreads. She pretty much was an attentive busy talking to some guy behind her, served us our food and walked off shutting the window. As she walked off she never gave us back our card that was still inside the car reader. We waited for a minute and finally some guy asked us if we were okay if we needed something yeah our bank card!

Whopper junior was cold and dry, lettuce core in the sandwich. Chicken fries were old, cold, and dry. I used to work at one, so I know how the food should be served, and not like that. I will not go to that store ever again.

you get someone’s $50 plus dollar order wrong and don’t want to replace the food so you call the police? Crazy. Every burger was wrong. Like for real crazy. Jade the worst night manager. The police laughed at her. So now to corporate we go. Don’t spend your money here. Even the cop said to go to chic fil a! Lol YOU WASTED EMERGENCY SERVICES FOR YOU NOT GETTING IT RIGHT?!

What a JOKE! Unbelievably challenging experience trying to order. Had to repeat our order at least 5 times. Ordered a BK Big Fish (which now manages to be GROSS *and* pathetic) with onions and extra pickles. Got home only to discover they included 3 pickle slices. Apparently the Big Fish comes with 2 slices and "extra pickles" means they add 1 more pickle slice. The BK Big Fish used to be the best fish sandwich on the west coast fast food market. Now it's absolute trash, along with the work ethic of the people who work there. I don't think anyone there even has the ability to comprehend what it means to take pride in a job well done, let alone what it means to *earn* their paycheck.
Whomever the African American women was with the locs at 11pm was, you’re RUDE. Not only did you scare off whomever was in front of me, but when applying my code you refused to help with whatever was applied and gave attitude! When I drove past because you wanted to then overcharge me for what I wanted, you slammed the window and glared at me! I’ve never had this experience at BK!

I've easily been to 10 different burger kings asking for something they used to offer called a frosted Coke. They either Act like they don't know what I'm talking about. Or they tell me they've no longer serve those, but at this Burger King here, they knew exactly what I was talking about and they served me what I asked for. Period best thing on the menu. I don't know why they would do away with it. But this Burger King is the only Burger King. I know of that makes the best drink. That is a frosted cook. So if you want one to get it there, cause you won't find it anywhere else. I applaud them.
