I went to Burger Ranch for dinner tonight. First time customer. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I liked it. I ordered The Big Bacon Burger meal and I really enjoyed it. The burger looked appetizing when I received it and I thought it was a good tasting burger. The fries were crispy and had just the right amount of salt on them. The woman I ordered from was super nice and as I was leaving everyone thanked me for coming in. All in all a nice experience.

Card machine doesn't work, bathroom doesn't work, always out of items no matter what time of day. Food takes forever and is mediocre at best. Definitely go somewhere else. I always try out places multiple times and this was the 3rd time trying it out in the past 2 years. It's worse now than it's ever been. Never trying them out again.

My husband and I swing by in national hamburger day and we're both so happy as we turned the corner to see the red and white building still there!!! We ordered a few I think it's the deluxe - that doesn't sound right now, anywho , little burgers with tarter - and a small fry - you know in writing this and rethinking I'm going to change my food resting from a 2 to a 5 , the burgers were made nicely , fresh the buns were steamed to perfection , fries and fry sauce were on point. I think next time I won't get the one with tarter on it. I'm really happy that place is still there. ?

We stopped here for lunch on our drive to Oregon, and the reviews sounded promising. Unfortunately, we waited far too long for a fast food burger, and the food was lukewarm. One of the burgers had a hair in it, and one had mayo on that we asked to be taken off. Overall a very disappointing experience at the burger ranch.

My fries and chicken strips were under cooked, jalapeño poppers were still cold. Chicken strips were put directly on top of the fries making them greasy and soggy came by around 5:30 the milkshake machine was being cleaned in the middle of dinner time which was super inconvenient

Attitude is everything. And the attitude there is I don't want to. I've been eating here since I was 5 and never experienced the amount of agitation I did today.
Pleasantly surprised! We were greeted warmly, and served tasty food in a clean restaurant. Try the Bonanza burger!
