Definitely an amazing burger our first time here so we tried the SEOUL burger. A bit on the pricey side, but with that said, the burger was huge (half-pounder) and delicious. My wife also liked the fact that they had a gluten-free bun for one dollar extra.

For someone who has never been to this restaurant and has been hearing nothing but good things about it, I am very disappointed to write this review, I went in thinking that the burger I was ordering was the burger that I wanted and unfortunately, I ordered the incorrect burger, I got all the way home and noticed it was the incorrect burger, went back to the restaurant and asked if there was any way I could pay the difference to get the correct burger I was told no and that I had to pay for a whole new burger, Keep in mind I ordered two of these burgers. The total of my order was about $40 so now I am out of $40, out of two meals and stuck with a bad experience from this restaurant. I will not be returning, and I will make sure that whoever I tell about this restaurant never has to have this experience by not coming to it. No one tried to make it right as I am understanding that I did order the incorrect burger this just makes for a terrible experience. I was willing to pay the difference to get the burger that I have been wanting to try, again it is my first time eating or ever trying this place. I hope that no one else has this experience. This is incredibly disappointing.

Flavors are great between sauce and the veg, but food was cold! Got takeout and was eating it a mere 10 minutes after it was finished, but it was already cold. I don't think it was very warm in the first place actually. Cheese wasn't melted on burgers or fries. Also, and this is a reading skill-issue on my part, but 1/2 pound is really just too big for a burger.

We saw this tiny place and wondered about our life decisions. OH YES! Everything was so good! EVERYTHING! Even the owner was great and is super nice! Try the killer ghost pepper sauce!

Absolutely amazing burgers! Cooked to order, fresh and moist, caramelized onion, melted cheese. All the items are fantastic! Highly recommended, customer service is great always very kind. Easy to order from Kiosk. So much better than Frisco Freeze.

My buddy just moved over here and we were driving up moving his things and finally got into Tacoma. We were looking for a spot to eat and Burger Seoul came up. Buddy up front was super personable and the vibes were fire. My buddy was stationed in Korea for 3 years and he told me these were the best burgers he’s had. We both got smash burgers and another set of their specials. We took them down in the parking lot. We loved it. Keep putting in the work guys. We’ll be back. Y’all gotta try this place out.

Alright hear me out… I’m not normally a burger person but this place is an absolute exception. Their bulgolgi burger is very flavorful and the bun is chef kiss being a buttered brioche bun and I’m guessing the pickles are home made. Absolutely delicious and if you’re doing keto you can get a lettuce wrap alternative too!!
Strawberry milkshake is S tier too

Only thing I’ll warn about is parking can be a bit hard if busy

I was told after a lengthy wait that they had given my food to somebody else. While they were apologetic, I then had to go back to another wait. When my food finally came the other guest didnt want to let me leave without discussing it in full so I had to ignore him to leave after like a half hour. When I got home to eat my food, the burger is essentially raw inside with a sear on yhe outside and is inedible. Not sure if it is how they always make them or because they rushed to make new food and didnt make sure it was actually cooked. The fries are decent though. The only reason it isn't a 1 star review is because the guy behind the counter was apologetic and clearly did feel bad. Definitely won't be back though.

If you haven't had Burger Seoul yet, you're absolutely missing out. This is the spot my wife and I go whenever we have the chance. The Fire Seoul is unbelievably good. Really messy, but the perfect combination of tender meat and sweat spicy flavor. I also highly recommend getting a side of Fire Fries with Pork, it's a large portion so be ready to share. I recently had the Samgyeopsal and it blew me away, I added extra kimchi and it took it to the next level. Overall I 100% highly recommend.
