Pretentious staff and regulars who were overly concerned with their outfits to properly pretend to be from the 60’s. Music absolutely sucked and food was not worth the cool kid attitude I had to deal with. Modern day, bad attitude equivalent to a 50’s style diner.

Very poor bartendering service kind of demeaning and not very kind, even if you’re low maintenance and nice. Atmosphere and vibe is cool. I yearn to imagine how great the place would be with just better bartenders or a change in treatment from the front of house staff. Food was alright.

I do not recommend this place, for some many reasons. As soon as I tried to talk to the bartender, before saying anything she warned me they had no beef (so no burgers or anything), fine. I ordered the elote dip with chips and the popcorn chicken, my boyfriend ordered a drink and I ordered pepsi. As soon as she handed me the pepsi, the color was off, despite the fact that had more ice than drink, the drink itself was a very light brown, like if I added a hint of pepsi to my cup of iced water, I tried and it tasted nasty, so my boyfriend asked if she could swap for a new one since that one tasted nasty, she gave us a table number thingy and said she would bring the pepsi. Almost 20 minutes later the food arrived and she was still serving other people, I worked in service, I know how busy it gets, but she is serving other people that got there after me, where is my drink? So I walked there and asked about it just for her to tell me she doesn’t know how to “fix” the pepsi, if I wanted something else, she had an attitude and told me “I was just going to go there talk to you”, but she didn’t, at all. After that I opted for a sprite which was surprisingly WORSE than the pepsi, watered down, the popcorn chicken is more like wings, and the elote dip was okay, but again, everything else was not so I feel like that was not that special to the point of going back. The decor is cute, they have patio tables (out in the sidewalk area), besides that, nothing really stood out about this place. Will not return.

We went one night a few months ago for the first time, had a great time, good food (burger, chicken katsu and the cauliflower bowl) loved the atmosphere and everything about it! Went last night after the Korn concert & had a whole different experience! We were stared at from walking in the door, I ordered 2 burgers & cauliflower wings with the bartender which was super rude (a guy) apparently it was a hassle I was ordering food and apparently it was an issue I wanted no pickles and asked if they could grill my onions! When we got our food he just put it down & didn’t say anything to us, my boyfriend thanked him and he just smiled! I didn’t even want to ask for more water because I figured that might be too much, my boyfriend asked the female working and he said she was nice. I’ve served off and on over the years and treat people how I want to be treated. If you don’t like working there don’t, and if you didn’t want to serve us food say your kitchen is closed! Bad enough the guests already there were making comments talking about us as well. I don’t care if we’re not regulars or we don’t fit in cause we are not hipsters, I expect more & better treatment! I won’t be returning which sucks cause I wanted to go to a drag show!

No response to our “thank you”. When our popcorn chicken was undercooked and we asked for it to be re-done she took it without a word and walked it to the back. We currently were just given a new basket and when we said thank you she just walked away.
