Cute decorations and good vibes, but the bartenders were honestly very rude. They had bad attitudes, were obviously talking trash about us behind the bar, and were inconsiderate to us as patrons. As the faces of the establishment it left me feeling pretty negative, I don’t see myself coming here anytime soon because of it.

First or all this spot is so cool and picturesque! Their staff is so friendly and so diverse, they host local events with local artist and their drinks are super theme coded! So interesting and fun! If you like to switch out the routine I definitely recommend you to visit this place. During October and December their decorations go above and beyond with the seasonal activities. So it's a must visit spot next time you are in town!

I was with a group of 3 and the hostess was great , BUT the waiter was rude short and didn’t care to give us suggestions when we asked for drink recommendations. No wonder they do a 20% tip included and they don’t care for their customers. She acted like we were disturbing her when we asked for additional napkins.First and last time I go, fries were burnt I had dark brown fries, drink has hella ice and not much liquid don’t go to this place if u want to talk with friends they rush you out.

We were very lucky that we showed up before there was a huge line! It was so festive and beautiful inside and there's specialty drinks were absolutely adorable! A little on a spendy side but it's the holidays and it's a special occasion! My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Happy Holidays!!!

Beautiful to walk in to see, then we sat down at bar, server was very busy and rude!! Ordered food fries were burnt and both hamburgers buns were blackened like on the grill which tasted so awful and burnt! I hated to bring this up to the server, but I did and she grabbed it and thru it in the trash!! After we had ordered everything we were also told there is going to be a 20% up charge due to the holiday decorations and the extra servers they had to hire??? I have never!!!!!!

I waited 45 minutes outside in the cold, was finally brought inside, and still got skipped twice on the waitlist. The restaurant was overcrowded with very small tables, and it seemed like only two servers were working. Many guests waited around 30 minutes just to order after being seated. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to the hype.
I should have read the reviews before visiting. The front host responsible for seating was both rude and highly unorganized. She skipped our group and seated multiple parties who arrived after us. The restaurant also charges a mandatory 20% gratuity. Very understaffed, resulting in poor overall service. Glad i took my business elsewhere.

Pretentious staff and regulars who were overly concerned with their outfits to properly pretend to be from the 60’s. Music absolutely sucked and food was not worth the cool kid attitude I had to deal with. Modern day, bad attitude equivalent to a 50’s style diner.
