Love all the girl that work here! They make great drinks and always try their best. Only downside is the price keeps creeping up but you get that every where. I do wish there were more choices for food that were a little healthier. But it is my favorite place to go in Tacoma!

Look at this cute note the barista took time to write on my coffee order! This is my go-to coffee place. I usually order it through delivery service but I might have to pop in more often to make sure these lovely people are getting tipped well and often. I recommend the caramel macchiato either hot or iced and all of the frappes.

Did a door dash order. Pumpkin muffin is OBVIOUSLY MOLDY. The gal who awnsered the phone was apologetic and offered to replace it however. I declined.

2 20 ounce egg nog lattes uncut*extra hot * ( yes you nailed the extra hot)with splash of butter rum *!killed it!* I love this cafe elite because the baristas are always so professional and friendly and I look forward to getting the best made eggnog latte here every year…the dirty chais deliver as well!Vegetarian options: Yes they have some healthy ones!

i've ordered coffee from here a few times, I am a big coffee drinker so typically if I don't enjoy my drink I assume it's just me being picky! The last three times i've ordered a coffee from here though, it's been a guessing game as to what i'm getting... i've continued going out of convenience, but today I ordered an iced white chocolate americano, and this is the drink I received... it's seems the quality of drink is dependent on luck, and which barista you are being served by. I am no coffee expert, but I can say if you're looking for consistency, this is probably not the place you want to stop by :(
Should probably change the hours online and turn off the open signs if you’re closed before your hours say.

Service was on point. I asked for a white chocolate blended frappe with peanut butter and she asked if I wanted the peanut butter syrup or real peanut butter. Of course I opted for real! And so glad I did. Tasted like a legit peanut butter milkshake just with caffeine. She also made my daughters "coffee" special with whipped cream on top of her chocolate milk. Every time we stop at the zoo this is the coffee shop we stop at before we head home. We've never had bad service or mediocre drinks.

Setup was terrible wasn't even sure how to get in and once I was in not even sure it was the right place had the big menu on the wall but no one came to the front for about 3-5 minutes and there's literally no one in the there so I just walked out I'm big on always having someone at the front of store and once again this place does not have that just hear workers chatting in the back but no one comes to the front and there's a camera too which tells me they don't watch there security if they didn't notice me walking around the front can't even comment on the drinks itself because I never received it so this review is based off just the service or therefore lack of smh
