Camp Calvos is an awesome warehouse-style hangout filled with adult fun, a coffee shop, merch store, arcade, and brewery all within arm’s reach. The place has a great vibe and plenty to keep you entertained.
I kicked things off with a double stack smash burger topped with jalapeño sauce, and it turned out to be one of the best smash burgers I’ve had in the Tacoma area. Solid 9/10, highly recommend.

We were greeted by the bar staff when we entered. They were friendly and welcoming. We were thankful they happily gave recommendations knowing that we were 1st time guests to the establishment. We took the gentleman's recommendation from the bar and were so happy. The pizza was fresh and had great flavor combinations. The root beer on draft was just as well- I was with my young niece. She ate the pizza up. Who would have though Kim chi on pizza was a great idea- Canteen by Camp Colvos. The outdoor seating on the corner was great. By about 5pm- this place is busy. We will be back to try something else.

Got the Single Smash burger with Sweet potato fries. Absolutely loved the meal. Atmosphere in the place is really nice. Super laid back and the staff were all nice. Great place for an after work/weekend bite and drinks since the pricing is so reasonable. Definitely coming back!

The food here is better than you would expect for an add-on kitchen to a brewery. It can be a little expensive, but you won't regret anything you get.
A good variety of food on the menu, the smash burger my friend got was good. My grilled cheese and soft pretzel were also delicious. I got 2 oysters just because and they were very fresh! Being in with the brewery is an added bonus with the beer selection. I would definitely come back again

The sweet potato frie basket was the best sweet potato fries I've ever had. Super crisp and flaky. And the smash burger was delicious. The insides of the bun were grilled, which added to the flavor and texture of the burger 😻

Salad was drenched I. Dressing but otherwise good. Lettuce could have been cut to fit in a persons mouth without smearing dressing all over your face. There weren’t a ton of choices but it was ok. Service was fine and generally quick. Atmosphere would be rated higher but screaming kids without discipline was a buzz kill.
Parking: Limited parking in dark area with a lot of homeless people.
