Daughter ordered at kiosk and it took her money from Apple Pay yet store said order did not go thru. Store refused to assist - and unhelpful. Manager wasn’t willing to help. I Called customer service and they said then have to submit a ticket and see if it will be approved for reimbursement. No way to get ahold Of anybody directly at store to assist. Customer service said that all feedback is positive to them which I find very rude in this scenario as this is terrible customer service. They said the kiosk does this often and they aren’t sure why yet when going in to mall and speaking to manager about this incident they stated that if your paying with Apple Pay and cash also you have to pay cash first then Apple pay or it will do this do this do to glitch in their system. Curious ….Is this a scam to take more money from customers? then not give them what they ordered? I’am very shocked by this behavior . Any other restaurant would have made this right ASAP. The Manager took care of us in the end but we had to drive all the way there and contact customer service 2 times . If was a lot of work to get the food we paid for originally 3 hrs prior. 😭 😞

It’s a good place when the manager or lead is there expoing, but I ordered the old school, no onion substitute with jalapenos.
Picked onions out of it and and the cook tried to said there was no onions in it, but I pulled them out and showed him and he rolled his eyes.
I paid for this and expect to get what I paid for.

I've tried a few of their sandwiches and they have all been very good. Hot, fresh, and tasty every time. So much better than Subway; try them out and see for yourself. This one is located inside the food court at a mall so the atmosphere is severely lacking. It's just a table (that is sometimes clean) and a chair with nothing to let you know where you are. The food is always prepared quickly and looks as good as it tastes.

They need to really work on a lot of stuff. The staff was nice but it took almost 30 min to get my food. If they were understaffed it would be one thing but they had one the workers standing in the crowd giving out samples. If you have so many orders the screen doesn’t even show them all, you don’t need a worker offering samples. Idk what seasoning they had in their shaker but it was some sub par seasoning to the regular one Charley’s has. Their soda machine is also sub par

I went to go eat there today and watched the person on the grill drop the spatula on the ground, kick it, and then pick it up and use it to keep cooking. Definitely won’t be eating there again

Beware! It’s the second times it’s happened also. You get double charged even though the first charge says it’s successful. Seems like a scam. Pay with cash don’t use your debit/credit cards. We never got our refund even though we followed all the steps. We won’t be eating here anymore.

Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review for an experience I had today, I work at the mall and placed an order for chicken tenders and waited for the entirety of my 30 minute break for them and when I realized my time was up I approached an employee to let them know to give the order to someone else so the food didn’t go to waste. I understand being busy and stressed but the employee I spoke to snapped at me saying they didn’t do refunds before I could finish my sentence, I didn’t want to create more stress but at the same time it was a very long wait for one order of chicken tenders and fries.

Completely wasted money here. Ordered food Togo and ended up with plain, undercooked wings. I was supposed to get 30 but I got 10. They were supposed to have sauce but they didn't have sauce. The fries were soggy, cold, and gross. I didn't even get to try the philly I was excited for. How is this place even a business if they don't give the customer their food...or even cook their food?! Someone could have gotten really sick from the chicken! You people are absolutely horrible! People, please do not eat here. I rarely review, I just wanted to warn everyone about my experience.
