Amazing staff!! Everyone is so nice and they never disappoint when I ask for extra pickles ;3 I highly recommend their mozz sticks and chicken California!

I got charged twice, was told it would be back on my card by the end of the day, it was not put back. Corporate was wonderful and easy to work with though. Also the boneless wings were hard and didn't seem very fresh

No need for word but your sandwich isn't worth 10 to 15 dollars . The lemonade is the only thing worth it .

I believe this will be our last time eating at Charley's. The food isn't good enough for the prices. Wife ordered the old school cheese steak and there was hardly any steak and I ordered lemon pepper wing combo and I honestly think we could of made better at home.

Daughter ordered at kiosk and it took her money from Apple Pay yet store said order did not go thru. Store refused to assist - and unhelpful. Manager wasn’t willing to help. I Called customer service and they said then have to submit a ticket and see if it will be approved for reimbursement. No way to get ahold Of anybody directly at store to assist. Customer service said that all feedback is positive to them which I find very rude in this scenario as this is terrible customer service. They said the kiosk does this often and they aren’t sure why yet when going in to mall and speaking to manager about this incident they stated that if your paying with Apple Pay and cash also you have to pay cash first then Apple pay or it will do this do this do to glitch in their system. Curious ….Is this a scam to take more money from customers? then not give them what they ordered? I’am very shocked by this behavior . Any other restaurant would have made this right ASAP. The Manager took care of us in the end but we had to drive all the way there and contact customer service 2 times . If was a lot of work to get the food we paid for originally 3 hrs prior. 😭 😞
