The Food was Fresh and Hot, Everything was made to Order. Ordering was Fast, then we went to a Table. We expected to here our name called. Instead they Brought it to our Table. We decided we wanted a couple more items. One of the Servers showed me how to use the App from the Table I was at from my Phone. I could not ask for better Helpful and kind Service. And the Food was Excellent. Try the Baked Mac and Cheese, and the Spicy Chicken Deluxe with Chick fil A Sauce.

How does it take 15+ minutes to make a chicken sandwich exactly as it appears on the menu? The parking lot is insane. Then they add multiple cars from the drive through because they can’t keep up with orders. They’ve got what looks to be plenty of employees inside and out but the flow is not working for them. Today (not the first or 5th time) the person comes out to bring bags of food to other vehicles. Then heads back inside. We had to flag her down and ask if the last bag was for us. It was. We were also the first car waiting but last to get our food. Being the last car to get their food wasn’t the issue. It was that we had our flashers on they saw us but didn’t ask for our name. At least the food is good.

We went inside to get takeaway. I don't know what the dining area looked like. But I don't remember seeing any trash about.
Awful....forgot my sandwich....almost forgot to give me my drink....and charge a bag fee without giving you a choice or notice there of....cant rate the food only received frys

Love Chick-fil-A anytime!! Love 💗 the food. Love ❤️ the pleasantries and the culture. Parking is pretty challenging at this location. I’ve been to this location a few times. I won’t go out of my way to come here. However, when I’m in the area, I’ll stop by.

Ate a chicken sandwich from Chick-Fil-A back in 2020 that had a bone it in which broke my tooth. This resulted in an emergency root canal and crown that cost me $10,000 to fix.
Despite complying with 2 1/2 years of bureaucracy crap and hiring a lawyer, Chick-Fil-A still refuses to cover my dental bills. Tacoma store 03318 operator says to call Corporate. Corporate said to call Tyson or Perdue. Tyson and Perdue are finger pointing and asking for DNA testing to provide it was their chicken.
3 years statute of limitations is up in Sept. Kinda wondering why they keep giving me the run around. So much for being a good christian organization. Shame on you Chick-Fil-A
UPDATE: I sued Chick Fil A and finally prevailed with a settlement in Dec 2023.
