Found a dead ladybug on my sandwich and they wouldn’t do a refund over the phone. Instead they wanted us to drive all the way back which is a 30 minute drive for us. Inspect your food before eating it.

This was my first time and probably my last unfortunately. Went on a whim and had to park and wait 15+ min in a parking space and was brought 6/10 nuggets in a box shaken up and spilling. I didn’t realize until I got home how horrible it looked. Usually, I check my bag when I make a purchase, but I thought because of all the additional time waiting that it would’ve been fine. Horrible.

I've only been to this location two times, but each time the order is messed up. Nothing big, but last time they forgot the egg in my salad (my favorite part). I'm originally from Texas, and this chick fil a just feels like a completely different restaurant than from what I remember

Very busy atmosphere they think being attentive to your needs is great but if that effort isn’t put into actually getting orders out it becomes pointless. I can appreciate the many times I was acknowledged and greeted disappointed once they jst walked by and did not even attempt to get the order out on time especially since i ordered ahead

A few months ago, they would make lunch options in the morning, but they would make you wait 20 to 30 min. Occasionally, they still do it here. But this morning, this lady lied and gas lit me saying they stopped doing it 2 years ago.
Wendy's will do it for you, and the wait is less than 10 min.

Disappointing experience.
Despite the app indicating that my order was ready, I waited an extremely long time at the table. I had to go to the counter twice to follow up.
On top of that, when I finally received my food, the order was incorrect.

They gave me the wrong order. I didn't want it. They said they can't take it back and told me to feed the homeless. There wasn't even any homeless outside. Why should I take the time to find someone I'm on break from work but she was Hella judgy to me when I threw it in the trash. I wasn't judging her for not taking it back. It was just Hella rude and uncomfortable. Also immoral. We should only focus only on feeding the mentaly ill.

Terrible service, rude and dismissive employees, very inconsistent in all aspects. The food is good (when they can get your order right), but it’s just not worth the hassle. This location has really gone downhill. Done giving this place chance after chance. Never again.

Shout out to Jenni & Alma for assisting us in our catering needs. Our company appreciates you. Every boxed meal was prepared neatly down to the packaging and labeled accordingly. We were greeted with a warm smile and complimentary breakfast which was not expected but we are grateful. Staff were attentive and made us feel special. We will definitely be doing business again. Once again tremendously we thank you for a job well done you guys were highly professional and executed beyond our expectation. Wish we can give you guys more than 5 stars.

I usually order Chick-fil-A at the one in federal way. And they’re very accommodating. However, since we were nearby this store location, we decided to order at this store for breakfast at 10:20am through app. As soon as we arrived, Noah had noticed that it’s past 10:30am and that he can’t serve us breakfast anymore. I stated to him that the app allowed us to order breakfast and it didn’t make sense to not honor that since it was ordered prior to the cutoff. He was insistent that he can’t provide us breakfast anymore. If that was the case, the app shouldn’t have let us ordered breakfast menu to begin with.

As always, Chick-Fil-A delivers on the best overall fast food experience. The quality of the spicy chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and sweet tea is consistently great. The drive-through is expedient, and the order is accurate down to the detail in the convenient mobile app. It's a truly seamless process.
