I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich on a gluten free bun. My sandwich arrived in a do it yourself kit. The bun was in a cellophane bag and the chicken, tomatoes and lettuce were in a dish. I was not informed that it would be a do it yourself kit, such a weird way to serve a chicken burger. I had to ask for condiments, a knife and a plate to put it together. I took 1 bite of the burger and had to toss the bun!! It was so dry I could t even swallow it without water!! They charged me extra for all that. What in the world are they thinking? DONT GET THE GF BUN! Itâs awful and especially donât get it if you go thru the drive through. I canât imagine if youâre driving, not informed of the âDo it yourselfâ kit and then SURPRISE đł.

God's chicken - what more can one say? I've been eating there since my youth in Houston, and still love it almost 50 years later. There isn't a better chicken sandwich, in my humble opinion. They've perfected customer service, as well as the drive-through.

This was such a great chick- fil-a. Was super impressed.. looked like mostly young folks but they were all working together great!!
Nice friendly staff but my take out took a long time and no one called my name like they said they would. As a result my sandwich was cold and just ok.

My bad on my part for not checking my meals. Itâs almost every order we get our meal incorrect. The food is excellent but the quality control in getting the orders right is shameful.

Excellent service all around, from Lisa and the manager checking on us frequently while dining in. Greeted with a smile from Lisa and she even went as far as helping out with the highchair and providing a table cover for our little one! Very impressed by the cleanliness and kindness of staff.
