Both females in order line were uninviting and generally nothing short of RUDE. First was slamming the tortilla press. Then second was quiet, didn’t even listen to “a little bit of hot sauce.” And looked to be in a hurry when there was no line. When I asked a question while checking out completely walked away. Second time I’ve had very terrible service here. It’s okay to smile sometimes.

I ordered a bowl online and when I got home my steak was red and dripping blood, it looked like it had barely been cooked. I brought it back in to get it remade and they refused. The girl with the glasses on cashier said she was the manager told me the meat comes medium rare and it's not their fault so they won't remake it. I've never had red rare steak in my bowl before, it wasn't even medium. I also looked online and don't see it posted anywhere that the steak is medium rare. The GM was also there and he said since it was an online order I had to call in to get a refund and then re order the bowl. I've been hearing terrible things about chipotle customer service for awhile now and I should have listened. It's a bewilderment to me that they can't just remake the bowl, they could clearly see I hadn't eaten any of it and then the girl manager has an attitude like I'm trying to get free food. The general manager was nice enough he did provide me with a resolution but since when has Customer service gone away to now you can't even re make a bowl out of good faith? Is chipotle that broke, they're hurting for money to the point where they over charge and then refuse good service? I had to press the issue to get my money back and threaten to dispute the entire charge before they would refund me and they only refunded the bowl even though the chips were stale and over cooked. Safe to say I will not be eating chipotle anymore.

Foods great as always, however I just wish the food portions wouldn't be skimped on. 15 dollars worth of Burrito ingredients should entitle you for atleast a moderate sized burrito meal but they just don't deliver Luke they used too anymore. 6/10 recommend

This has been a problem that has happened at this location twice now, and unfortunately, I will not be returning. Twice now, I have selected and paid for double meat only to receive less than my fiancé who ordered a "regular" portion. This is really irritating because Chipoltle is on the pricier side of fast food places as it is, and now management is ripping off the customers for a better profit margin? Ridiculous. The food was okay, half cold and late. Last time, I had the same exact thing happen, no meat when I paid for extra and slow service (sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes, maybe more). At least then, it wasn't half cold like this most recent time. And, to top it all off, they only had 2 kids working there. They were nice, at least but hilariously overworked and very, very, VERY improperly trained by a money hungey management. Do you know what really eats into a profit margin more than the bulk price you pay for proteins? Customers who will never return.
I even complained privately to Chipoltle last time and never received a response, so now I feel I must make these complaints known so others do not have to have their time and money wasted. I would recommend going somewhere else, like Q-Doba. Now I can see why so many people made complained about Chipoltle doing this, and they haven't corrected it.

In the scrap between mega-burrito eateries, there are two giants battling for your dollar; Qdoba and Chipotle. They're both pretty much the same. Sidle up to the counter, give your protein and meal form option (bowl, burrito, or bucket) then pick from a few choices for fillings like brown or white rice and pinto or black beans. Chiotle's stuff is wetter.

Used Chipotlane and appreciated the promptness of the employee that helped me. Whoever made my order was feeling very ungenerous, with my tacos being lazy and haphazardly filled. Chips were not warm, and although there was hardly any food in the tacos they were quite good.

The delivery service window is not used. There was no Indication that I needed to check in with staff. I came to pick up two orders and so far I've had to wait 15 minutes for my second order to be ready

I recently visited this Chipotle location and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. The service was extremely slow, and the person making my bowl appeared to be new. While I understand the need for training, he asked too many unnecessary questions about my order, which seemed to slow him down even further. Other Chipotle locations I’ve visited usually have a smooth, efficient process that keeps the line moving, but that wasn’t the case here.

The quality of the food was another letdown. It was cold right from the start, and the flavors just weren’t there. The chicken lacked seasoning, the pico de gallo tasted watery, and even the beans had no flavor. I ended up relying on the usually well-seasoned chips to bring some life to the meal, but even that wasn’t enough. After only a few bites, I couldn’t finish it and ended up throwing the food away, which was really disappointing.

Overall, this experience didn’t live up to the standard I’ve come to expect from Chipotle, and I hope they can improve the quality and service at this location.
