A woman gave me and my husband our order at around 1:34pm through the chipotle lane. She was very rude, and didn’t even greet us when received our order. My husband said thank you, and she closed the window without even saying anything back. Management needs to speak to employees on basic mannerisms. If you feel like you don’t owe basic mannerisms, then maybe you shouldn’t work in the food service industry. It’s common sense to SERVE people and be kind.

My best friend and I stopped in this location. We got greeted by the sweetest girl named Alana. She had us try a little of the steak and that alone convinced us to try it. She was so helpful and friendly. Haven't been to Chipotle in 5 years but will definitely frequent it now. GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE FOR THE WORK ETHIC ALONE

The whole staff apparently doesn’t know the difference between Carnitas and Carne Asada. Ridiculous I even asked and she told me it was Carnitas.. my receipt even says Carne Asada.

We had came here around 2 and there was two girls in the front and one in the back. The one who started my order, which was a young black girl, was off the rip somewhat kind but then it was once the second girl came in to help with the order is when they both started getting an attitude. Both were very pushy and giving no sort of respect at all. I had got a burrito and bowl and when the young black girl was finishing my burrito she not only gave the worst side eyes to both her coworkers but also slammed down my sides when she was handing off to the other girl to bag. Not to mention the snarky comments they were making to each other.
