The portions here are pathetic, after the employee was finished making our bowls they were only half full. The portion of meat didn’t even fill the spoon. Items were running empty, instead of refilling the tubs they just scraped out what they could. We stopped going through the drive thru for orders because the burritos we would get were the size of a can of soda. Either the employees are lazy or management is cheap. Do not eat at this location.

Mobile ordered 2 bowls. One steak and one chicken. Got home and the meat portion was a joke. I don’t really care but for finzies decided to weigh it. Legit 71 gram chicken and 69 steak when in their app it states 4oz is serving size which is 113g. Two days later went here for lunch. As they were making the bowl the meat portion again looked small so I asked if that all. Girl asked if I want double meat I said no but want a full portion to which she replied she knows what the portion size is better than me. Not the same place is was 5 years ago smh.

Came here 2 hours before closing. There were about 6-7 employees working. All they seemed to be concerned with was pre closing. 10 min Wife and waiting but they seemed more interested in the online ordering than the few customers in the actual store. It really felt like there was no Management that day somehow. So we left.
Nobody ever made eye contact with us or the other customers. It was bazaar.

Every visit is appalling. Poor customer service and terrible quality of food. Every chipotle makes the same food yet this one is always disappointing. I ordered a quesadilla tonight and when I got home and opened it up to eat it, it was burnt to the point that it was black. I don’t understand how or why someone would think that’s acceptable to serve. Just throw away the whole staff at this point. I hate to be the “you just lost a customer” person but you really did. Worst location ever.

It's a gamble for possible food poisoning. I won't eat here ever again. I came in with my husband in the 4 o'clock hour on June 6th. If I came in alone I would have walked right back out but my husband wanted to eat here. This was the dirtiest Chipotle I have ever been in. Food was slopped all over the floor and counters with a spatula on the floor too. Tables were all dirty as well. The limeades were filthy. I wanted a watermelon one but after looking at the nasty container I just couldn't do it. I barely ate any of my food just thinking that it might make me sick later. Honestly I wanted to take pics but I knew if I did they would know it was because of their filthy selves. Four were working and one more arrived while we were there. This was hands down the nastiest fast food place I've seen in a minute. I get that it gets busy but I was there for a bit and it wasn't busy the whole time and only one person was cooking. One out of the five could've started cleanup...you can definitely have a better work ethic, please. ................. To Xavy, I already did that earlier and got a very generic response from Juditha Dawa about making the restaurant team aware. Hello, they definitely are aware of how they are doing and most likely don't care. Also while I was there they forgot our drinks...no biggie, paid again but got no receipt. Another worker also decided that two chairs were too heavy for him to carry at one time so he decided to drag them across the floor. Let me tell you that was one of the most terrible sounds. He decided doing it once wasn't enough for the patrons of this establishment and did it again. A piece of advice, if your arms are too weak to carry two chairs at once then please sir...carry them one at a time, I beg you!

Great food, awesome service! The server patiently explained all the options of the kid's menu and made sure I didn't miss anything that's already included like chips and drinks etc.
Never coming here again. I'm a Qdoba guy but we moved to this neighborhood and Chipotle is very close to home. I've been here twice. First time way okay, employees were far from polite but not overly rude either. The second time, today, I order via the app so I could just grab and go. Went in and there's no bag anywhere. So I stand in line, wait for the guy in front of me. I'm next. The employee literally bypasses me and goes to the party behind me. One thing to have cold customer service but being skipped over blatantly was the last straw. Hey, Chipotle...only took two visits to lose a customer for life. That's gotta be some kind of record. Well done. 🙌 I even tipped this place in the app. Shame on me.

The food here was great, but the service was lacking. One of the employees was just standing on his phone texting and completely ignored us. The lady who served us just threw our food in the bowls and seemed frustrated. The food itself was amazing, though! The restaurant was also very clean.
