Worst location I've ever been to. 5:15 PM with a line to the door with one person doing the all the food while other employees were just standing around, one even on her phone. A bunch of people just left. Was excited for a new location closer to me but won't be back. Chipotle has gone downhill

Messy and disorganized only have one person prepping food while the other one just stays there!! Bunch of teenagers who don’t really know what they’re doing!! Purposefully squished my bowls when looking dead at me in the eye !! Didn’t even even mark them either

DISGUSTING! Been here a few times recently and their steak is always overcooked, crusty, and DRY. Their other meats also look disgusting compared to lakewood. You are much better off going to another location. The presentation on food here is poor.

Went in the other day to check out the location being it’s right down my street. I have to say I love chipotle growing up but when I came in here to get two bowls not so good experience I was hoping for a new place. Was not greeted at all . The employees were talking with another employee on other side of counter where customers stand waiting. stood for 5 minutes before they decided to serve anyone . Then when ordered food the serving was ridiculous. Only couple bites of meat was given in each bowl. I’ve had the same bowl as always cause I like the bowl it has more in it . I’m not exaggerating about the portions size I know food is expensive but for what I paid two bowls for i should have gotten more protein then two bites in it. Definitely have to see if it’s worth it again for the price.

I been here multiple times and I noticed that portions here are bigger and I don't have a feeling that someone is stealing my chicken, employees are doing their best to make customers happy. A+++

New location, opened recently, and my first time in. Everything was clean, and the restaurant was set up well for the space they had. There was a long line and multiple full tables - they were busy, but everybody behind the counter working hard. Honestly most times when I go into a chipotle there are a lot of people just standing around, but today everyone was working really hard and very busy. Portions were a good size, order was accurate, got help at the front purchasing a gift card for a friend. I will definitely be back, very excited that there is a chipotle in this location!

I was there at around 4:30pm on October 8th. The line inside was long but it went quickly. I wanted 4 carne asada bowls but I would have had to wait 10 minutes so I chose steak. The young man helping us was sweet and patient. He had to go to the drive thru station for the steak. He made our bowls and they were delicious. The young man at the cash register was a sweetheart as well. For 50.00 I fed a family of 4. Not bad considering a box of 12 mystery meat tacos from another Mexican fast food restaurant costs 36.00. Chipotle is a good value take out meal and I felt the service was excellent.

Portion size is too small, around half the amount of what other Chipotle locations provide. It feels like the servers were specifically trained to add as little meat to each order as possible. The server would grab some meat and then put some back, because they thought they grabbed too much. On the other hand, I saw an employee making another employee's burrito. It wasn't a double protein order (I know because I heard the employee who ordered it tell the cashier that it was not double protein) and yet the burrito was so overstuffed that it could barely be wrapped closed. I guess they are more willing to be generous with the meat for their coworkers than paying customers.
