Really just came here for the arcade, which was really sub par. We've been to many Chuck-e-Cheeses and this ones arcade was boring. Some of the games need a good cleaning too.
Food was okay. Staff was okay. Just kind of a meh experience though.

We recently hosted a birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese for our 5-year-old, and I have to say—we were genuinely surprised in the best possible way. Going in, we weren’t quite sure what to expect. We had attended parties there in the past, but it had been a while, and it was clear that some major updates had been made since then.

What really stood out was the service. These days, great customer service feels rare, but the young adults working during our party went above and beyond. They were kind, patient, supportive, and truly seemed to understand how important this day was for our family. For something as special as celebrating our little one, it meant the world to feel like the staff cared. They said all the right things, offered help without being asked, and made the whole experience smooth and joyful.

Our child had a blast, our guests had a blast, and the staff did exactly what they were supposed to do—and it was awesome!

Recently updated! New games, layouts different, more open easy to keep eyes on belongs if left at table, while playing with kiddos. Download the app for most up to date discounts/deals/offers. Points go a long way so it’s a nice indoors activity for families to enjoy on rainy days.

It wasn't too busy today, so it was nice to have it quieter than it will be later this summer. My son had the personal-size pizza with just cheese. He thought it was kind of small. I tried a bite of his crust and didn't care for it. I loved the salad bar. When I came in and saw this I was excited. I miss those restaurants that had salad bars. I had 3 plates of it. It didn't have some of the usual items I've normally seen before like Cantaloupe, sunflower seeds, hard-boiled eggs cut, macaroni salad, and cucumbers. Cucumbers were replaced with zucchini due to the recall. That was fine with me. I like them both. I'm not sure what they regularly carry on their salad bar since this was my first time. I will be back.
