Whoever did the redesign to their color scheme needs to go back to graphic design school. Literally some of the two most hated colors for children is off-lime green and desaturated orange. What is this the '70s?

We came in with family ordered a pizza and 4 game cards. They said since we ordered a pizza we got 10 percent off on the game cards. Unfortunately they were unable to do the 10 percent because we ordered the pizza first. Waited 30 minutes for our electric button for our food to go off and took our buzzer and than gave pizza to another group and told us it be another 30 minutes to get the pizza. Having children wait over an hoir for a pizza is not ok. !Your unorganized staff needs to know where their food is going.

It's mostly fine. However, the party situation needs to be fixed. My family and I have been invited the last two years, and the table situation is something that needs to be fixed. The distance between the tables are way too close. I was bumped multiple times when I was sitting, and I needed to scoot out. Seems like it was only intended for kids and not adults . Don't bother standing or walking between while theres people sitting on either side. You'll most likely be bumping into someone. Other than that, nothing wrong with the place, it's mostly just the number of people there. The waiter/helper person for the party was super friendly and really took care of us.

The worker for the trampoline attendant is very annoying, kids cannot walk, take a standing break or walking break on the trampoline, just jump anything and everything they do he yells at the kids.

They allowed my daughter to leave with someone other than me. Thankfully, it was a family member , however this family member didn't walk in with us. What is the point in the stamp check if they don't even use it? It was very busy and I feel takin that in to consideration the service wasn't too bad. It's an overall fun place for the kids just not sure if I'd ever do a party there again.

What a scam..they built a very small section of trampoline space, 5 squares to jump on, about 6ft by 6ft..they put it right in front of the door so every kid walking in sees it..then they charge 24$ to jump! Or 12$ if u purchase game play time but still!? PER KID! Pizza was ok but took an hour to get, and the staff is nice..but the prices are high as ever and then to add the jump part and charge that much is insane! Better to book a bday party as far as prices for pizza and game play than to pay separately

Took 10 mins to get to the prize counter.
Some kid threw up and for 30 mins it wasn’t cleaned up. Very ghetto gross spot. Olympia one is way cleaner than this dump

I came here with my one year old daughter and her grandmother they stamped all our hands as a safety measure telling us that it keeps children from being taken by anyone other turn the one stamped. When we left we just walked out with my daughter I figured we would be stopped to make sure our stamps matched hers but no one came which raised concerns with me how do they know if I'm her mom or not no one checked that's how easy a child could be taken out of there how come we are being stamped and reassured if no one is checking people out? Makes no sense

My boys (1,7, and 9) have a gold membership and we have taken advantage of that! 30$ gets us pizza, wings, drinks, and a salad bar, with 250 game tokens to split between the 3 of them. We have gone no less than 25 times since mid May, and the kids still have a fun time. Staff is friendly and becoming very familiar with us. The prizes changed a couple months ago, so the kids have new stuff to try winning. They also recently added some trampolines, but we haven’t tried that out. My boys enjoy the stuffed crust pizza, boneless wings, fries, cheesy bread, ice cream, and the ability to mix their own crazy drinks.
