New layout since last time here, looks nice, good flow and open. As always, appears to be short staffed and several games out of order. The biggest downside is not ADA friendly. No button for front door, hope your with someone if your in a wheel chair. No wheelchair tables.

This location truly have heart it was my sons birthday and we didn’t even plan a party and Ryan came in clutch making my sons birthday a fun one and Elizabeth in the front was a great help explaining to me how to work the app … Thank you so much guys !!!!

Thank you for helping us make my stepson's birthday great! I had a Chuck E. Cheese party when I was little so I had to make sure he gets that same great experience.
The employees & announcements kept us up to date on everything. You get a 5 min window before Chuck E comes out so that was great.
The gentleman behind the food counter in a blue shirt was super helpful & very nice.
They had extra cake cutters & you can bring your own treats & goodie bags.
I didn't have high expectations for the pizza, but it's actually decent, buttery, & garlic-y!

I was very stressed at first and nervous when hosting our very first chuck cheese party! My morning had already been very stressful and multiple things had gone wrong. When I arrived at Chuck E. Cheese, the host and our party attendant was very kind. They were very helpful.Our party attendant did everything for us and updated us constantly through the whole experience! The kids had a great time, and the food was decent. Our party attendant gave us a free game card bracelet when one of the kids lost there’s, and helped us get extra plates! They helped us so much. My kid loved his party and me and my husband had a good time too. :)

We have been going to this store for several years for birthdays, holidays and we like Halloween the most!!! We had a bad time last years Halloween and Id like to keep it at just that. The other times were pretty good and the prices are fair and easy to work with our 4 kids. This time we got some good points or what ever the kids use to play the games. They had to share one card. I wish they could divide it up for the 4. The pizza was yummy and I liked the Salad Bar a LOT. When you come late, dont expect it to be full to the top because if it is, and no one gets to it then it goes down the drain. Chuck E Cheese live is always the best to see. Kids swarm around and pictures are taken by so many smiley faces. Im just lookin around as Im fillin my tummy with the all you can eat salad bar. YUMMY. Keep up the Good Work management. Im happy happy happy.
