Loved getting lotus drinks here for about a year, but now everytime I come thru I get the same barista whose drinks are just not good. Don’t know how to politely ask for the other barista working to make my drink so i’m sad I wont be back anytime soon :/

The drinks are solid, the baristas are friendly, and the atmosphere is nice—but that’s really where it ends. The company clearly prioritizes squeezing more money out of customers over creating a good coffee experience. Between the punch card system that barely rewards you, surprise upcharges, and consistently inflated prices, it feels like the higher-ups don’t care about customers at all—just the bottom line. Because of that, I can’t give it more than a 3 out of 5. Great people, poor corporate decisions.

I went to get a coffee this morning asked if I could pay two ways when I told the lady that I was paying with cash and my card. She copped an attitude and walked off and did not finish serving me. I've never dealt with anybody at this coffee stand like this before and I will never return

usually i can get a good quick drink but lately the lotus has been tasting flat and i have been waiting in the line for longer than usual. sadly my last experience i was waiting in the line for 20 minutes. very disappointed

Not being asked for a tip made me shart myself (with happiness) I was able to drive away and get to work without all that afterthought. Only thing on my mind driving to work was how gooooood this espresso is!
5 stars for not asking for a tip! LOL i never have to feel guilty leaving a coffee shop when i come here. GOOD coffee 2 folks!!! I will keep coming back just for the ease of experience and hope other drive thru coffee shops can follow so us coffee go ers can visit daily!!

Each and every time I go to Classic, the baristas are friendly, helpful, and make an excellent espresso or latte, depending on which I order.
They also have great breakfast and snack options.
Remember to bring cash for tipping.

The girly outside taking orders today was the sweetest gorgeous girl ever! I love when I get recommendations and she recommended me a really good marshmallow iced coffee!! She definitely made my day thank you gorgeous girl! P.S wear your sunscreen!! 💛
