Loved getting lotus drinks here for about a year, but now everytime I come thru I get the same barista whose drinks are just not good. Don’t know how to politely ask for the other barista working to make my drink so i’m sad I wont be back anytime soon :/
The drinks are solid, the baristas are friendly, and the atmosphere is nice—but that’s really where it ends. The company clearly prioritizes squeezing more money out of customers over creating a good coffee experience. Between the punch card system that barely rewards you, surprise upcharges, and consistently inflated prices, it feels like the higher-ups don’t care about customers at all—just the bottom line. Because of that, I can’t give it more than a 3 out of 5. Great...
usually i can get a good quick drink but lately the lotus has been tasting flat and i have been waiting in the line for longer than usual. sadly my last experience i was waiting in the line for 20 minutes. very disappointed
