I loved my visit here today! We were traveling from out of state for the first time and it was such a perfect first stop to our vacation. Marcus was such an INCREDIBLE host. Not to mention I will be DREAMING about my seasonal mocha latte!! My partner got their Thai tea to try something new (which is rare for them) and was blown away by it. Five starts all around, great service great quality products!

It’s a cute cafe & cozy vibe. A staff member who got our order was attentive & generous. Strawberry Matcha was 10/10 but unfortunately, pistachio vanilla cold brew was too sour somehow, my husband isn’t picky with coffee and adventurous with different styles of coffee but he said the coffee was disappointed

I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this café. I was asked to leave solely because I had my service animal with me. The owner told me that my service animal was a “health hazard” to the establishment, despite the fact that there were already two other dogs inside the café that were not asked to leave.
My service animal is trained and required for a disability. Under ADA guidelines, service animals are legally permitted in public establishments, and businesses are not allowed to exclude them based on personal opinions or unfounded health concerns. The inconsistent treatment—allowing other dogs while singling out my service animal—was discriminatory and humiliating.
Instead of being treated with basic respect and understanding, I was made to feel unwelcome and singled out for something that is protected by law. This experience left me feeling embarrassed and frustrated, and it raises serious concerns about this business’s awareness of and compliance with disability rights.
I would strongly encourage the owner and staff to educate themselves on ADA service animal laws to prevent this from happening to someone else
