It seems to be an older or older style café. Large menu selection, food was ok. Had bacon burger with fries. Other person had fish and said it was great.

I did 4 stars for service because we were there almost 1hr before we were served. I had the Supreme Chicken Sandwich and it was absolutely delicious. I was the first one done. Lol! I also recommend the Hawaiian burger.

Down home cafe vibe and food. Huge portions and tastes like grandma is cooking in the back for you. They no longer have gluten free items marked on the menu, but have plenty of options, including gluten free pancakes. I safely eat gf breakfast here at least monthly and never get sick.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options

We have always loved going to Country Rose. We’re in town for a couple of months and have been going on Friday nights. We haven’t been here for about a year and boy has the service changed. Unless you’re fortunate enough to get the seasoned waitresses, like Shirley and Bobbie, the service is awful. Why can’t the new servers follow the seasoned servers lead? Have to ask two to three times for drinks, never come around to refill and can’t even remember the order right. Really disappointing. Now we just ask for one of these waitresses. Have decided if they’re not there, then neither are we.

I found this place right on Pacific Ave in Spanaway, though it is very well hidden, no big flashy sign or banners, just a small modest sign with other businesses in the same shopping area. I tell you it is one of the best places I've found in the area, a hidden jem... great food, great service and it is very clean, the prices are comparable to any other restaurants you may frequent these days. Everyone has pretty high prices $12 - $16 a plate, just as other places that are nowhere near the quality .Shirley, our server, was awesome. We wanted for nothing. She was friendly, efficient and we got our food piping hot. That is kinda rare...All in all, it was a great dining experiance. Oh, I almost forgot, it was after 2:00 pm and we had breakfast!, so, breakfast all day is a real bonus!I will be going there again.

Disappointed wanted to like this place. I felt very rushed as soon as I sat down to order . Big menu at least give people time to sit down and get comfortable then time to search the menu. Didn’t have to wait long for food. French toast was meh basic. Syrup was wayyyyyyy too runny. Also would have been nice to get powdered sugar on top. Sausage patties were frozen patties. A glass of homogenized Milk was $5 ! Like wth is up with that. It’s not even raw milk. $22 dollars for 3 pieces of bread and a glass of milk with two frozen patties shouldn’t cost that.
