We went in last weekend and met Anh who was so kind, and spent time telling us fun places to visit in the area. The coffee and pastries were delicious. The shop was clean and well kept. Anh made the experience though. He had a talent at making us feel as if we were the only people in the cafe while speaking with us, and that mentality carried through with his other customers. He was seriously a gem of a barista!

I recently visited Cremello Cafe for the first time this past weekend, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! The matcha latte and cortado were absolutely delicious, complemented perfectly by the pastries we ordered. Staff was friendly and the vibes were giving cozy fall ??? I'm already looking forward to my next visit whenever we’re back in Tacoma!

What a gorgeous coffee shop! This past weekend, we serendipitously walked into Cremello Cafe and instantly knew we made the right decision. The staff was kind, knowledgeable, and thoughtful from start to finish. We were ordering a variety of pastries to bring back to our family, and let's just say, their recommendations were spot on. The brioche and almond pinwheel were absolute fan favorites, and some even said, I quote, "This was the best brioche I've ever had!" Personally, I was a big fan of the cinnamon roll, which was soft, sweet, and just an overall delight on our Labor Day Weekend. Nestled in an interesting spot - think triangular building - the coffee shop sits on the bottom floor of a historic building built in 1887. The place definitely has charm for sure!
Overall, we walked away as big fans of Cremello Cafe. Honestly, we wish they had a location near our actual hometowns, as we're already craving another bite!

Love the vibe! The wifi is free and it works great, spent a couple hours working here and it was very nice. The matcha latte was fabulous! Definitely returning to try more things!

Nice place with good coffee. The only downside is the constant view of homeless and drug addicted people right outside the window. The homeless and drug addicts bring this beautiful city down so much

This is absolutely my favorite place in Tacoma. I’ve been going here for years now. The coffee and food are always beyond delicious, and the baristas are such lovely people. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming, and yet very upscale. I can’t praise this little cafe enough. Please support your local businesses by stopping in here.
