The baristas are some of the nicest in town + they make delicious drinks, the food is great, the location is beautiful and it's right on the T-Line and basically every bus in the city stops out front, or just walk there because the neighborhood is very nice to walk around in. This is my favorite cafe in the city

I love everything about this place. Coffee is amazing. Sandwiches are mega-delicious. Staff is soooo friendly and helpful. And finally, the place itself is just wonderful. I like studying here while enjoying the armosphere and, of course, coffee.

While I understand the need for security, as a guest, it feels a bit unwelcoming to request a key for such a basic amenity. It's a minor hiccup in what could be a flawless guest service experience. To truly embrace the essence of hospitality, reconsidering this policy could enhance the comfort and convenience for all patrons.Overall, Cremello Cafe is a charming establishment with much to offer, and with a small change, it could perfect its warm and inviting ambiance.

I live upstairs and before they were cremellos I’ve avoided this place. I popped in because I saw how delicious everything looked on ig! Omg the Monte cristo smacks! The coffee… top tier. The staff is sooooooooo nice!!! Love that ? I feel like customer service is dead now days. But that’s not the case here. Definitely coming back and telling everyone I know.

The best coffee in town! Right in the heart of city Center bring in that rustic vibe, beautiful decoration, music, and the crowd add in a touch of serenity, yet the fun of the community. On top of that, the pastry is just so goood, the organic coffee is just amazing! To top that off, the customer service is excellent!Highly recommended!!
