Whoever is working Sunday nov 17th..... the chicken was nasty af and smelled old. The burger was crap. The fries were absolutely disgusting. The cheese curds didn't taste how I've had them before. Is something wrong with thefryerr usually it is really good but today's was an absolute waste of money and I'm not risking an order ever again

Store hours on google are wrong, the drive-thru is not available through 11 PM and there is no escape for you if you're in it once they close. Attracts a lot of drivers who don't know how to navigate a small parking lot with two entrances/exits

We came here after going to the zoo. My child got a kids cone that was still pretty massive and I got a milkshake. I couldn't decide if I wanted chocolate or strawberry so I asked if they could do both together and they did. The staff here was very nice.

I hadn’t been to Dairy Queen in a long time. It was a spur of the moment decision on a hot day. Now I know I haven’t been there in a long time. The soft serve is really awful with very little flavor. It’s not the Dairy Queen I remember from my childhood, let’s put it that way.
Yeah... I used to work here surely wasn't the best or worst job... If you love getting harassed for small details just don't take in personally this job is fast paced (at times)... This job already has too many hands on deck for the afternoon shifts just don't focus to them but your effort counts as the team here if your looking for a job.
Ordered one hamburger and one chicken strip basket, they had me park and wait 20 minutes before bring food. If they ask you too, refuse to pull forward

Okay so. I’d give service a negative out of 5 if I could. Sat at the intercom for 10 minutes before being talked to at all while the inside sat empty with no costumers. Then finally got some attention and ordered 2 orders of pretzels with queso. Which was on the repeat of the order the young man said. Then proceeded to the window for 15 minutes waiting on them to give us our food and drinks. We got handed a bag with the completely wrong order, and no drink.the only thing that was right was the queso that came with 3 orders or chicken. When we asked them about fixing our order because we had been waiting for 30 minutes (after driving for 5 hours already) they unpolitely told us the young man must have typed it in wrong, and that we could PAY to get what we originally ordered. Not to mention the same young man we watched rest his hands on the fryer, the counter, money, and then proceed to dip his dirty raw fingers in a girls blizzard to scoop out the excess he put in her blizzard. Overall would not stop at the only Dairy Queen for 3 hours each way ever again.
