They charge extra for pickles. The cashier did not provide this information until the checkout process. This is unfortunate and extremely dangerous for their business model, and we will never be back.

Twice now I purchased their new Superman cake batter cookie dough blizzards and both times they did not have the blue ice cream as advertised. They said they ran out but a week earlier they were out then also and the new Superman movie still hasn't played. Lack of preparation and now they say they won't be getting the blue ice cream. Still taste the same but they can't meet the advertising hype. Sub par at best.

Pulled up to drive thru speaker and had an unbelievable experience. After 5 minutes of trying to get the workers to understand my order, I finally just pulled up to the window to see if maybe she would understand better up close. No improvement. I made my living managing fast food places, so I do know how to order food. I got my receipt and found items were left out. Just a poor experience all the way around.

$8.20 for one vanilla moolatte is crazy. And I found a walnut in the bottom of it which really grossed me out. I won’t be back to this location. The service is always really slow and lackluster

Everything is really decent at this Dairy Queen. The food is good the people are at least efficient and the atmosphere is just your friend of the meal Dairy Queen nothing really special but it's very clean very clean and I like that Dairy Queen prices have gone through the roof I don't see how a family of four can go there and eat without needing a financial aid. HEATH® Caramel BrownieCupfection - yummy until the $11 price tag. And that's desert. But if you
CAN I afford it... it tastes great.

Was in the mood for a shake but DQ was close by so went there instead. Got a s'mores Blizzard. For fast food, it was better than the uninspired shakes and ice cream at other chains. Still not a supreme dessert but it was made with chocolate ice cream (not vanilla with chocolate syrup) and it indeed was full of Graham crackers and chocolate chunks, so, not bad. The large size was about $8 with tax.

Went to the drive through n all I wanted was a strawberry shake. That's it, simple right? Ha! Get to the window they take my money come back to tell me they're or of strawberry.. why not tell me that at the speaker, not after I already paid for it.. the girl at the window was even rude about it. Could be a woman but sure acted like a child.. way to earn that $17.. what a f joke

Went in to use a coupon off the Dairy Queen app. Couldn't get the coupon to work until the FOURTH employee showed up.Then learned they don't do mobile orders at this establishment. In the year 2025 how can you not take mobile orders?

They never get orders correct and they are INSANELY slow. Plan to spend at least 15-20 minutes in the drive thru.

Honestly you better enjoy this place while you can because I have a feeling it won’t be lasting much longer. Food quality does not match prices. I like Dairy Queen ice cream like the next guy but prices are absolutely outrageous. Nearly 10 dollars just for a small blizzard it’s absolutely ridiculous. Yesterday I got a chicken strip meal and a blizzard it was almost 30 dollars!!! That is insane! Like I said food quality it not great but again I like to come for the ice cream. I won’t be anymore for those prices. Anyone want a building for your business because Dairy Queen on 72nd is about to be vacant, ppl will not go here for these absurd overpriced low quality food items. And let’s face it ice cream is just ice cream. Not paying that much for it. Bye bye Dairy Queen.

Just sitting here eating my chicken strips in my car and I watched an employee run some food/popsicles out to unhoused folks near the parking lot on this hot day. Five stars. Will absolutely return to this place because of that.
