I ordered 2 BBQ chicken baskets to go. Drove all the way home to find my order is short pieces of chicken and has no BBQ sauce on it at all. I call to talk to the manager about it because i am busy and cant go back tonight. They tell me that they will not replace the food unless I bring all the food back and the receipt tonight. That's insane. They messed up my food and I call to ask them about it, the so called night manager gets rude with me and hangs up on me too.

On Veteran's day they stop their Special Reward for our service members at 2PM. So if a Veteran is working and can't make it to the store in the middle of the work day, it really shows no support for Veterans. Extremely poor support for those that defend this country.

Poor Customer service, Partner went in 9/22/25 after getting Groceries @ Winco. He had Rode his Bike Down with his Back Pack on. Woman at Counter totally ignored him for 20 minutes. She kept going back and forth to office. He left extremely upset, said we will never go to this Location again. Very sad as we always had had good service in the 12 years we have lived near this Location.

I have asked the staff there multiple times to clean the service window. It’s filthy and I am afraid to get my food or ice cream there if that’s how they clean stuff. Not impressive for customers. Staff just ignore me when I politely tell them it needs cleaning. Health department may show up there if it continues to look so bad. Just trying to help. If that minor item is bad what’s inside the ice cream machine. ?????😫😠

Ordered a large Banana Split Blizzard on Tuesday August 5th at 6:42. Upon paying and receiving it in the drive thru, they told me that my blizzard was too runny to turn it over. They said they wouldn’t remake it. I took it hoping it wasn’t that bad. It was. I called them upon getting home with no answer.
Left message with no return call. Called on Friday at 6:00pm seven times. They finally picked up and she proceeded to tell me that they wouldn’t do anything without the product and receipt. I have the receipt, but the blizzard is gone. Terrible customer service and of course,employee relations. Waiting for a response from corporate. Ridiculous that I even have to post this!

They charge extra for pickles. The cashier did not provide this information until the checkout process. This is unfortunate and extremely dangerous for their business model, and we will never be back.
